Thai Time Redland Bay

Friendly, flexible and excellent flavour. Challenged only by availability of Thai fresh produce. Good as it gets. There ARE tables on the walkway outside in addition to the 2 small ones inside. No air conditioning out there, hence lower score on atmosphere.

Best Thai food I have EVER had. By far. Absolutely delicious and really fresh and bright. Very very well made. Highly recommend. It's mostly take out but you can eat in if you get one of the two tiny tables. The service is fantastic though and the owner (I think?) or head chef, personally comes and checks to see if you are satisfied which I can promise you will be. Exceptional

After driving all the way to reddiebay from logan to go have some Indian only to find out they had closed down but was redirected to the Thai place across the road my partner and myself were pleasantly surprised at how delicious and yet affordable the food was from here. So to that we say thank you lady at the newsagency for your kind suggestion as we will definitely be back. Be sure to order the Panang;)

Best kept secret! I love this Thai place for the fabulous $10 lunch specials. Soo delicious, fresh and hits the spot every time. Pad see ew beef is my go to! Pad Kee Mao my fave! Can’t wait to come back!

Their pad thai was delicious and loved their spicy fride rice!

We went to this place when it was closed but the cook was nice enough to make a plate of pad see ew for us and it was as great as the ones we have in Melbourne. We will definitely come back before we leave Redland bay. Thanks for helping out a hungry teen. We have now come back for more and the quality is consistently good. One of the best thai we’ve had and we have tried a number of thai restaurants in Melbourne. Awesome!

Great food and good value for money! Pity they had no ice bucket or ice for my bottle of byo wine.

OMG! It’s a hectic Monday and I just don’t have the energy to cook dinner - my daughter wants Maccas, my Mum wants fish and chips, my husband says ‘whatever’… I decide we’re having Thai - and I swear it’s the best Thai, ney, Thai- Chinese fusion, I’ve ever had in my life! Imagine this - the sweet and sour pork has a perfect balance of sweet and sour, it’s actually full of pork and the batter is perfectly light, but present - not tempura-thin by any means, but also not cakey - just perfect… and it’s still crunchy, even though it’s take out - even an hour after we’ve picked it up and I’m cleaning up, putting away the leftovers and sneaking those little tid bits ;) the coconut prawns the same, even the honey chicken - all still crunchy! despite being covered in sauce and left for ages - how did they do that?!??! All of the flavours perfect … And the soup - some mild coconut cream version of Tom Yum I can’t remember the name of - but so perfectly creamy, not too spicy with all of the right qualities of sour, sweet, salty that makes your mouth water and drives you to want to scull the remaining soup directly from the take away container :P
My absolute kudos to whoever was Chef on this cold Monday night - what you served us was truly spectacular and we will definitely be back, and would follow you wherever you might go :) Exceptional cooks are few and far between - whoever is cooking at Thai Time Redland Bay at the moment is exceptional and I hope to enjoy many of your creations going forward ❤

Have ordered from here many times now! The food is well priced, fresh and always piping hot! Best Pad Thai I've had. Tried something new tonight- Mongolian beef, absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed at redland bay for 3 nights. Had red chicken curry and prawn toast the first night. The food is soooooooo good we ended up back there the next 2 nights as well. Delicious!!

Ate here for the first time last week, newly refurbished, best Asian food we have eaten for a very long time. So fresh, their special friend rice was delicious and the servings were very generous. Have now booked a birthday celebration for a small party next week. Can't wait

Hands down the best thai food in the redlands. Never had a bad meal and the owner is a lovely man. The containers are always as full as the flavour. Once you try it, good luck finding a better place.. you're welcome 😉

My wife ordered honey lemon chicken and special fried rice which she said was nicer than the chinese lemon chicken she normally gets. Serving size was great,she had dinner and lunch and I finished it off for dinner so good value as well. Staff are friendly and order didn't take too long to prepare,can recommend.

Our first order from Thai Time last night. We recently moved to the area and it's bit a bit hit and miss here and there. Thai Time is great food. Can't wait to try more off the menu.
