Community Kids Annerley

We feel incredibly lucky to have our son enrolled at Community Kids Annerley. The management and educator team are fantastic - experienced, friendly and warm and accomodating to the needs and questions we may have as first time parents. Our son loves it and knows the educators well - even those that aren’t his primary educators. He is always doing something new and exciting and we get daily updates of his adventures (an extra bonus of this daycare). We give this daycare our full recommendation!

The staff at Community Kids Annerley are exceptional. I've felt comfortable knowing our son has been in caring hands since attending this centre, and are thrilled that not only can we trust that our son is cared for at the highest level, but also that he has such fun loving and devoted educators who go above and beyond to make sure all children are happy and enjoying their time while at the centre. I highly recommend Community Kids Annerley.

All of the staff are friendly, warm, kind & caring. Their communication is clear & concise. My kids love it here, and even want to go when it isn’t a “daycare day”. Very Satisfied with the blend of professionalism & personal at this centre.

We recently relocated to Brisbane and Community Kids Annerley have been extremely supportive as we transitioned our child into a new environment. The educators are all so friendly, welcoming and are clearly focussed on providing a great education. We have seen a lot of growth in our child since starting our journey with CKA and highly recommend the centre to any prospective parents.

From our first visit to Community Kids at Annerley we were made to feel welcome and at ease.
Lisa and her amazing team are helpful, caring, organised and feel more like family than anything else. Always greeted with a smile, our daughter who was hesitant to begin with now happily goes to any of the educators and has grown in leaps and bounds with her development, thanks to the phenomenal team at CKA.
Lisa has really made the transition in to care so easy for a worried first time Mum and we are very grateful to be apart of the community.

Community Kids was recommended to us by several friends and they were absolutely right! We adore Community Kids. Our 9 month old has been going since the age of 6 months and loves CK - she literally bounces in her seat with excitement every time our car pulls up outside. The carers come from a range of diverse cultural backgrounds and we love that our daughter has the opportunity to experience their kindness, compassion and wonderfully attentive care. They are truly dedicated and devoted individuals, who have every child's best interests and development at heart. Each day we get KindyHub updates of what fun the kids are getting up to, and can see how happy and stimulated they are to be experiencing a wide range of fun activities. We cannot speak highly enough of Community Kids and how happy we are to be here.

This is such a beautiful daycare and Kindergarten. It is exceptionally well run and very organised. The educators are incredibly caring of the children, and are compassionate and kind. The learning activities are outstanding and my kids always come home smiling from a fun day. The food program is excellent too (one less thing to think about in the mornings)! There are lots of celebrations of events too, and a real community feel. Could not speak more highly of this Centre.

We feel so lucky to have found this place. My son has attended since he was 7 months old. He is well cared for, fully engaged in a safe, fun and stimulating environment. This is a top class childcare centre with fantastic staff. I highly recommend Community Kids!!

This place is godsend. We were previously in a different childcare but was not happy with their care of our 2 children especially with the 4 month old, as it was to the point of neglect. We rang up Community Kids Annerley, and spoke to the centre manager, Lisa. Not only did Lisa managed to squeeze us in at such short notice, she and her staff have made the move so much easier. Lisa is always so helpful and nothing is ever a trouble. The educators made the transition easy for my 2.5 year old. He is so much happier as he is no longer bored compared to the old childcare where the kids are left to play on their own most time. In CK Annerley, my toddler is continuously stimulated with new lessons, whether it is science, language or motorskills. As he often skipped lunch at the old daycare, we emphasized that this was one of our concern. He is still fussy but at least he is not missing meals now. The carers, especially Michelle and Yoko have created such good rapport with him that he wants to go to kindy everyday (unheard of when he was in old kindy). My 6 month old is looked after so well, esp Huma. Huma took initiative in offering to starting solids and made sure he participate in lots of activities, making sure he reach his milestones. And they continuously update us with photos and videos so that as a working mum, I may not be there with them but I can still feel involved.
No words can thank the educators of CK Annerley enough for making me feel more confident and less of a mum guilt when I dropped my kids off. They are REAL educators. They actually care and will take time to hold your child's hand or give them a hug. They are educators that all parents should have. My only regret was not coming here sooner.

I am so grateful that both of my children have been able to be part of the community here. I have felt happy and safe leaving them here from the first moment I entered the building. What I value the most is:
- the genuine care you all have for the children
- the focus on cultural diversity, such as celebrating NAIDOC week so meaningfully
- the focus on teaching about the environment
- the flexibility and responsiveness- so the teachers change what they do with the kids based on their mood and energy levels, what they express an interest in doing. It's a really collaborative process where the kids voices are taken seriously which is such a powerful thing for a young kid to experience

Most wonderful, caring staff. Great facility. My boy has been attending since he was 4 months old and he is now almost 3 and he loves it. Would highly recommend Annerley Community Kids to all parents.

My daughter has been attending this centre from 6mths old. All her educators have been wonderful and all the staff have a genuine caring and nurturing relationship with all the kids. All her classmates and educators have become a real second family for her.

Fantastic child care centre. We have been very happy there for 8 years. It is all due to the lovely, caring staff. The children are stimulated, nurtured and cared for brilliantly.

We've had our two children here over the last 7 years. I have only good things to say, the staff have been fantastic, the management flexible and understanding. It will be a sad day when our youngest moves on to school next year.

Shoko is a really hands-on Director and all the carers are fantastic! My son is so happy here and I feel totally confident leaving him in their care. I love the daily photos and updates too!

The staff are very welcoming, the center provides excellent communication in regards to what is happening at the center and activities the children are involved in. I would recomend Community Kids to anyone who is looking for a high level of childcare.

Excellent staff and a wonderful centre. My two boys have both been there through to school age and have always been very happy and well cared for. Would definitely (and have) recommend to others.

A very well run centre with genuinely caring educators and a great outdoor play area. Food quality is fantastic and we are very happy we made the move to Community Kids!

I highly recommend Community Kids Annerley. My granddaughter has been attending there for almost 2 years. The staff and atmosphere are very cheery. My granddaughter loves going there.
