After much deliberation, and research, I decided to get a buyer’s agent. I weighed up the cost against my lack of success in finding a house against the increase in house prices and thought it was worth it. It ended up being the best choice I could have made. Aaron Pabst was amazing. He kept going until we found my perfect place. Totally recommended.

I have closely collaborated both personally and professionally via my firm Financially Sound with 1Group, across a number of commercial properties and a residential property transaction. I had previously dealt with another commercial buyers agents who advertise as the market leader, and found their process lacking transparency, communication, and did not feel as though they were working in the clients best interest. There are few things you would want in a buyers agent- reliable, trustworthy and honesty. Aaron and team were all of this and above. Not only they strive towards meeting tight timeline but also friendly and approachable. Their wealth of knowledge on real estate comes in handy. They are thorough with their assessment and their communication was impeccable.
