Fleetplus Novated Pty Ltd.

This was my second novated lease. The initial quotes were all prompt and professional. The online lodgement and processing of paper work was efficient and seamless. I would highly recommended this company. I have had my vehicle for almost 3 months, my fuel card and salary deductions are all working as planned, no problems whatsoever.

Need an easier process for quotes for business so it takes less time for small businesses. If you are not a large company with someone employed just to do quotes it makes it hard for small business STILL HELPFULL THOUGH

so unprofessional, they approved costs to be spent on our behalf without us knowing. the work was done without us knowing or our approval. they then waited 2+ years before they started demanding money and threatening legal action. do not ever get a lease from these criminals.

This truly has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don’t normally write reviews but the problems I have had with their communication is worth 0 stars - I wish I had that option. Initially the quote I was given was completely misguided, information was conveniently missed from the spiel, I have had to increase my payments three times in the short period I’ve had my lease. Their customer service team is absolutely appalling, never come back to you when promised and give out false information. I would recommend you stay away, it’s not worth the stress.

This truly has to be the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with.
they are all happy taking your payments for years until it comes to end of lease. they had ran the car through an associated company who demanded final payout over a month BEFORE the end of lease, they then still insisted that i pay the car portion of the lease after i payed it out.
i have requested a review and refund for 6 weeks now still with a response of " we have escalated this and a manager will contact you within 24hrs".
Please stay away from this company they are very dodgy.

This company is ok until you end your lease, then it is very difficult to get in contact with them, find out your account balance, and a lot of mysterious charges seem to be applied to your account once reconciliation of your account does happen without explanation. I paid out my car in full and they continued to take car payments from my account for several weeks afterwards when the account was already in the positive. A very dodgy company to deal with who don’t provide any straight answers or information. A very unpleasant experience. I have used other companies for novated leasing and have not had an issue.

I used Fleetplus for a novated lease in March 2020.
The sales team were great. The follow up, once the lease commenced was BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!
Paperwork for my lease was processed so late after getting my car (nearly 2 months) that I incurred a fringe benefits tax liability. They didn't even tell me about it themselves.
When I've called trying to clarify how it's happened, they've re-directed me to another company who pointed out the process and the fault laying with FleetPlus. When I called back to make a complaint, they hung up on me.
I ceased my lease early and have had nothing but issues with incorrect calculations of my lease amounts and the GST.
I am now 3 months post ceasing my lease and they've contacted me requesting a further $200 saying there has been another miscalculation.
I would encourage others to avoid FleetPlus and i will be making more formal complaints through my employer regarding this company.

18 months into my lease and I'm still owed the Sydney to Brisbane transportation costs that were clearly marked on the vehicles purchase receipt.
Our vehicle's service month is December, the vehicle has been serviced twice and I have claimed for both services through their online claims portal. I have received no less than 16 text messages (the first in August 2020) stating fleet-plus's records show our vehicle is due for it's service, call today to book in.
Seriously, if you have an option to choose who you have a novated lease with, give fleetplus a big miss, it's not worth the grief.
Oh well, at least we have a new vehicle to utilise.

Used this companies "contact me form" 1 week ago, no response at all. Tried calling them and spent 32 minutes on hold only to be hung up on. If I could give negative stars I would. Pathetic service

End of lease costs are not disclosed until after the lease is finalised and then the fees charged are excessive.

Useless, unprofessional and painful... no other words.

With much regret I was required to use FleetPlus for a novated lease due to my company’s policy. They absolutely lived up to their appalling reputation. I could go on for days but I have wasted enough time with this place. Just don’t….it is all bad. Also just a side note to any FleetPlus employees, seek an alternate employer. The business practices for criminals in prison are more efficient and reputable than this outfit. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
