I would highly recommend Michlin Motors! I have been a customer here for nearly 20 years. Brian and his team are the most knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy mechanics. When I first moved to Brisbane in 2005 as a sole parent with a young child with a disability I found it difficult to find a mechanic that I could really trust until I took my car to Michlin Motors. They performed constant miracles on my old car keeping it on the road for me for many years at really affordable prices. Last night my son’s car battery went flat from leaving his lights on and a “Good Samaritan” tried to help him by jump starting his car but unfortunately he did it the wrong way. My son ended up calling RACQ, which I wish he had of done sooner, they said the alternator was not working and had the car towed to Michlin Motors last night. Early this morning I phoned them at 8am when they opened and explained why my son’s car was there. Brian and his team are always so booked out and busy and I knew the chances of them looking at my son’s car today was slim. My anxiety was through the roof worried that my son wouldn’t have a car over the weekend (it’s his 22nd birthday tomorrow, I didn’t tell them that though) or even a car at all, worrying that there could be irreversible damage to his car. But no once again Brian and his team went right out of their way, looked at his car, did heaps of testing and checks. Thank goodness all that was needed was a new fuse! They’d phoned me at lunch time and said that the car was running again and could be picked up. I am so extremely grateful and feel so blessed to have such amazing mechanics which I can take my and my son’s car to!

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Very reliable and always provide top notch service. I call Brian with all my car questions and he’s happy to accommodate. I recommend Michlin Motors to everyone!

I had an amazing experience at Michlin Motors. Went in for a service and my car has some weird noises. They explained everything to me and when I got everything fixed it was like driving a brand new car. Cannot recommend enough! They are amazing!

I have been to this mechanic several times, the owner seem to one of the old school honest mechanics. Service have always been great!

They always test your brake fluids, coolant fluids etc and if they don't need to be replaced they don't. It seem to be their idea to not replace things that doesn't need to be replaced, which saves customers money, are good for the environment and keeps customers coming back!

If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic that understands what good service is and will do a great job at a fair price, this is the place. After constantly changing from one workshop to another for years I'll be sticking with these guys. Thanks to Chris & Brian for the great service.

We’ve now been going here for about 4-5 years and can’t recommend the work that Brian and his team do highly enough. Honest and reliable which is all you can ask for.

Extremely unprofessional and dodgy. Do NOT trust ANY roadworthy performed by this lot... tick and flick with their eyes closed at best.

Edit: I may not have been a direct customer, although the vehicle I now own had a roadworthy passed by your business and technically should have failed due to not meeting safety standards. It was a clear oversight by your business and when raised with a member of your staff, they played the diplomacy card well and also stated quote, " Well what do you want us to do about it or do you just want to whinge".

So my review above reflects exactly what one could expect from your company.. Unprofessional and lack of standard.
