Birdies Garden Products

Bought five 5.1m x 1200 x 740 long garden beds and have got 4 built and 1 to go. Found that a a couple of parts were missing from the delivery, contacted Birdies and parts arrived in 4 days. Brilliant products and great to see after sales service is brilliant as well - thank you Birdies - love your products.

My order arrived within the given time frames. The quality of the garden beds was better than I'd hoped. Extremely easy to put together. Turned out Birdies had not included enough PVC lining to line all my beds so I emailed them and they express posted me the missing lining the very next day. Extremely impressed overall

We were looking for an economical option to store firewood for our cast iron Chiminea in a small backyard.
We purchased a 6 in 1 from Birdies Garden Products direct as Bunnings only carry one colour, Merino, which didn't suit the colour scheme we were after.
Essentially, we turned the raised garden bed on its side, so it is now 1.6 mtrs long X .6 mtrs high X .4 mtrs deep, all up it holds around .4 cu mtrs of stacked quality hardwood.
The order process was easy and it was promptly delivered in a manageable carton, assembly was also easy with all stainless steel fixtures and the plastic face guard easily attached. Getting it level in the retaining wall bed took longer than the assembly.
We are now looking at purchasing two more to use as herb and vegetable garden beds to compliment the wood storage unit

Surprisingly successful veggie growing in cool Canberra. Bought the Birdies bed in February, filled it in March with organic matter, compost and garden soil, sowed lettuce, bak choy, broccoli and cauliflower seeds in early April and by the end of April harvesting lettuce and bak choy and looking forward to more crops.

I bought a raised colorbond garden bed with some missing parts. I sent email enquiry to them before Christmas time. They probably broke up around that time. When they were back, they followed up with my enquiry. And without too much questionings, they mailed me the parts I needed.
Impressed with the efficiency and following up!
I will recommend them and will get more stuff from them when needed. Also, very very competitive price compares to all other shops online!

Ordered some product last week and advised that delivery to rural NSW might take a little longer than a metro area (fair enough). To our surprise package arrived early last week - so exceeding expectations.

This is one of the best products we've tried in this space.
Prior to last weeks order we had tried a competitor product (colour option driven) - when the product arrived it wasn't packaged overly well.

On opening and assembling we noticed two things.
1. Quality of colorbond panels would be best described as flimsy - no substance - just flip flop!
2. Product had suffered some minor damaged in transit

Will happily re-order from this Company.

great company to deal with and very quick delivery. we had our previous Birdie raised garden bed damaged in the fires and Birdie garden products kindly donated a new one.

Just experienced good old fashioned customer service, Had a minor issue with a piece of damaged timber - replaced within 24hrs no questions asked. The issue was resolved seamlessly. Thank you
