I use Brygen every year to spray for spiders. They are very effective and I am always happy with their service.

Our spiders haven’t gone and the cockroaches are 5 times worse and on the phone he was rude and trying to tell me it’s our lifestyle .. yea we’re an all autistic family but we’re absolutely not grubs by any means, we vacuum daily and clean dishes daily - he said it’s because you have cat food left out. Like really ?? So people can’t feed their cats inside and leave biscuits out cos they’re doomed to cockroaches forever. The defensive attitude he gave me was awful, after being rude to the support worker, to talk to me and tell me my house is a disability house and they help people like us a lot.. and we’re not a disability house but we do all have autism but I’m actually a very clean person.

I believe new people moved in next door as we’ve lived here roach 🪳 free for over 3yrs but NOW it’s apparently all our fault cos he indirectly called us grubs.

His stuff didn’t work, made things worse, got giant spider outside our back door, and that’s apparently becos of one leaning bush pfft..

Yea I’d look elsewhere if I were u. I want a full refund, will be getting a second opinion cos apparently to be roach free, we have to live like him and his wife in a perfectionist house with not a crumb in site at all times.
