Kyle always provides great service and honest advice (Nissan Patrol)

I own a 2007 Nissan Patrol, high K's.... One afternoon just as I was leaving work the engine started making questionable noises... After calling around different mechanics, multiple recommended Kyle and the team at Moorooka Mechanical Services.

Whilst on the tow truck I spoke with Kyle and explained my situation, he made room in the shop enabling me to drop the car off within 30 minutes of phoning. From here on, Kyle and the team made my sh#t situation significantly better!!! Safe to say this place went above and beyond what's required.

After assessing the car, other items were picked up which required attention. At no point did I feel pressured to fix anything or have additional work done. Kyle simply explained the issues, gave advice and prioritised the importance of different items to ensure my car was safe on the road. Given the customer interaction and attention to detail, I decided to get additional work done. I gave them a budget and damnnnn... Way more got done than I thought possible... Safe to say it drives like a completely different car!! Almost looking forward to next time I go back. 🤣

There's a lot of problems about my car and the major problem are leaking and aircon gets warm. I'm very impressed how they repaired my car and satisfied of the outcome. The good thing is Inexpensive. Good customer service, very friendly and polite. Surely go back here! 💯 recommended.
