Yasmin Morris. My first contact with her was via phone inquiry. The inquiry related to a purchase we were very Interested in purchasing, however was not in stock. Yasmin immediately made arrangements for a sample of the stock to come to the Salisbury store ( within days). The suite was not exactly what we had in mind, however Yasmin gave us the time and space to browse the many other suites available. Her bright personality made it a pleasure to business with her. Yasmin was able connect and understand our needs for the outdoor space we were creating, giving options and choices. We purchased what we needed and were thrilled at the whole experience. She was an awesome sales woman.

Ben was great. We rocked up and not long after had to take an important call. This lasted 20 minutes. During this time Ben kept an appropriate distance, was friendly and professional. We ended up buying the outdoor lounge mostly due to Ben's assistance.

Great service, staff took the time to go through our options, gave us time and space to think about it. Quality made foam and fabric for outdoor furniture. Most comfortable outdoor sun lounge we've ever tried. Bought some furniture and would definitely go back.

The lady who assisted us was so helpful. Her name started with L (Lavinia?) and she was a little blonde lady. Sorry I forgot her name but she was the best.

We recently visited Lounge Life / Lavita as we were looking to purchase an indoor and outdoor lounge suite.

We were pleasantly greeted by Deepa as soon as we entered the store. She pointed us in the right direction and was always available when we had questions. Nothing was ever an issue and she was only too happy to accommodate our needs.

When we were ready to proceed with our purchase Deepa handed us over to Yasmin who also went over and beyond. Her customer service skills and knowledge was second to none.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a great quality product with service to match.

We bought the Savannah outdoor lounge suite today at the Brisbane store. Scott was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, so can’t wait to get our furniture. Thanks to all the team who were all very welcoming.

Fantastic customer service! Zara from the Salisbury store was so friendly and helpful, and super quick to email me back with requested information. She explained everything and made the ordering process so simple. A shout out to Tyler also, who helped me out in Zara’s absence. What a fabulous team .. I would certainly recommend them 🙂

We purchased a new outdoor table and chair setting and outdoor lounge from Lavita Furniture Salisbury. The staff were all great and the products are exceptional quality - after extensive searching elsewhere, we managed to find exactly what we wanted at Lavita. What was extra special was that we needed to undertake a renovation to our outdoor space ahead of the delivery of the furniture. Yasmin and the team were really happy to hang on to our purchases until we were ready for delivery (and this was weeks - thanks Yas!). When we were ready for delivery, Yasmin sorted the delivery for us straight away, and the crew installed and set up our new purchases then took all the empty cartons etc away. No need to even do a dump run to the recycle plant.
I can highly recommend Lavita Furniture - go and chat with Yasmin, she will sort you out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.We drove to this shop from the Sunny Coast,as we liked the way the sofa looked,it was even better in real life,bought it and they will deliver for a very good price.Highly recommend going here if you want something a little unique.

Fabulous service on the day Yasmine was so knowledgeable and so great to deal with we really appreciated her help.

We were looking for some new loungers for the pool and Lavita had a terrific selection and the warehouse had samples of each type to try out. We received excellent service while we were at the store and after ordering them the shipments came sooner than expected with great communication. We are enjoying the new loungers and look forward to using them for years to come.

I had a query with pricing in regards to promotions and flash sales and the team took the time to break it all down and explain everything required to me. Fantastic customer service. I also drove up to the showroom with the family and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating with our toddlers! Ben took us through a number of options with different packages and sent us away with all the information we needed to make a decision. Happy to say our order was placed today for the best looking outdoor furniture we have found!

Excellent 'no-drama' service from the moment of 'live chat' contact with my questions answered on the offical website to shipping after Easter for my outdoor lounger set. I love my aesthetically pleasing yet practical umbrella shade (I think the alan key and pillar were missing from my installation pack but luckily I have the tools required at home) And it's definitely a bonus answering my question after-sale! Thank you Yasmin from your happy customer. Even the delivery driver & mover was nice and friendly. I'd love to see Lavita release a new product - your own brand's outdoor lounge cover :)

The moment I saw this shop, gives me the vibes to buy my outdoor furniture. The price is great and I hope it last forever, it's a 3 seater leather couch and just perfect for our deck beside the pool, such amazing people!

Great and professional service. Well worth the 90 minute drive from our home in to the store. Ben helped us select and measure up our outdoor lounge setting and gave us an accurate quote before we left. We called the following day to order the sofa and it took less than 5 minutes. Very happy with the service, will be recommending to our network, and most definitely be shopping here again.
