Papilio Early Learning Sherwood

My son has attended Papillio for over a year now and my daughter just started a few weeks ago in the nursery. Overall we’ve had a great experience and the current staff are wonderful. My son is always happy to go and each time we pick him up you can tell he’s had a great day. My daughter’s transition to the nursery has been seamless and lead educator Kim made that possible. She’s very attentive and loving, making it easy to leave my little one with her. I am very appreciative of Papillio!

Papilio Sherwood is an amazing daycare! The Centre Manager Sherrie is so wonderful to deal with and made us all feel welcome from day one. Our son has been attending for 1year now and we have seen him grow and learn so much already. The Educators are all friendly and welcoming. Facilities are great and we love that they have a separate playground for the toddlers. They are always providing the children with great experiences and fun activities. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Finding a childcare centre is a daunting experience, Papilio Sherwood’s manager Belinda made the enrolment process smooth and easy and welcomed unlimited play and stays to ease the transition for both my child and myself. All staff were welcoming, accomodating and helpful.

Highly recommend Papilio Early Learning Sherwood. We have recently moved to the area and went through the daunting task of finding our boys a new centre. Sherrie is incredible and has helped us settle into the community. All of the educators are friendly and provide exceptional care. We are kept updated daily on the fun and engaging activities provided. The kindergarten program is the best we have seen and in the short 2 months we have been attending my son has excelled.

I've worked with kids with disabilities for the past 16 years, so when it came time to choose a daycare centre for my own daughter, I felt confident I knew what to look for in terms of a quality environment.

I made in-person visits to nine different daycare centres around the area, and Papilio (formerly TLC) was the easiest decision I could have hoped for! The things I looked for were - Are the staff friendly, caring, and enjoying their work, does the environment feel warm and homely, are the children receiving individual attention, are the children engaged, and most importantly - are the children HAPPY and having FUN?

ALL of those were HUGE ticks ✅✅✅ at Papilio!!! The lovely Centre Manager Sherrie is always organised and professional, but her caring nature and warmth really shine through above all her other great traits. Exactly the same for Chloe, who the kids adore and always has time for a friendly chat, despite always working hard for our beloved kiddies.

Sherrie and Chloe are very selective with the staff they employ, and I haven't met a single staff member that isn't lovely, warm, caring, and attentive. They're ALL absolutely amazing human beings, and I can't recommend Papilio strongly enough! Five stars doesn't do a review of this home away from home justice. ALL THE STARS!!!

My daughter has attended the centre for 2 years now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the management, educators and the centre itself! The school readiness program has been incredible and has made the transition across to prep easy for both myself and my daughter. 100% recommend TLC Sherwood!

We recently moved our 14 month old son to TLC. We were searching for a childcare centre that had a community feel and we wanted our son to feel safe and connected to his carers. I can say we got exactly what we were looking for at TLC. Austin loves his time there. He is happy and there are never any tears at drop off. Each day we can see how his carers Miss Jess and Miss Chloe are helping to develop his motor and communication skills. It's a great little childcare with a warm, inviting environment. I go to work knowing Austin is in good hands and is well cared for.

The environment provided by Sherri and her team far surpass expectation. The teacher's are warm, welcoming, caring and creative. My son is met as an individual and nurtured on all levels. Communication is excellent between teachers and parents. I often wish I could stay for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality care for their children.

Great caring staff always keeping you informed how your child is going. Great learning programs and excursions for kindy. The centre manager is always there to be involved with parents and kids too. I have two kids that attend here and it's great to know they are in good hands. Also they have a cook on site always striving to make new amazing healthy meals. Parent input is always encouraged. TLC has such a fabulous team of caring educators. The team in the nursery are kind and caring, and put our minds at ease from day 1 when our 9month old started attending. Highly recommend TLC Sherwood!

The staff at TLC obviously want to provide a safe and fun environment for our kids. Both my daughters have thoroughly enjoyed going there, and we've always felt as though the centre have our best interests at heart. I'd highly recommend to any families looking for a place where their children will be cared for and respected.

Highly recommend the centre - great team who are always warm and kind. My daughter struggled at first and the team helped her become more comfortable and confident and now she absolutely loves it which is a testament to her educators. They understand and respect her needs and adapt as they change. Thanks for always accommodating our needs with extra days and doing what you can to help out. Great work!

I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing centre for my son to attend. Every single staff member knows his name and is willing to assist on days when he (or I) and struggling with the drop off.
For my own reassurance I call to check on how he is doing and I am always greeted with such warmth and kindness. I highly recommend this centre, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are incredible!

So happy for my son to attend childcare here! There is plenty for him to explore, play and learn with wonderful staff members who know and enjoy his company. The team were happy to take on a challenge when he was hesitant to feed and I can’t wait for him to make the most of the outdoor area and water park once he is old enough!

We have just moved to the area and was seeking a day care that felt like it was all about the children. Wow TLC Sherwood was above and beyond our expectations, they took the time to really ask what we wanted out of a day care centre. I had a great feeling when I walked through the gates. My son has been going for a month now and we are just thrilled with everything that they offer.

My daughter has been attending TLC for 7 months now and she absolutely adores it. The staff, the atmosphere and the facility are all amazing. We couldn't of wished for a better daycare 😊

The staff are the most important thing in daycare, and the team at TLC are fantastic. Warm and caring with the children, always keen for parental feed back and involvement, and low turnover. The environment is clean, safe and fun, and my fussy toddler always eats ALL his food at TLC.

They go above & beyond! I have been very impressed with the staff & the centre over the last few months: they seek input, they are creative, they are thoughtful & they really care about the kids. My 3yo daughter said to me when I picked her up last week: "Mama, I had a GREAT day today!" Just spontaneously. U can't get a better endorsement than that!

Very excellent centre!!! I compared many centres. This centre is the best. All staff friendly and kind. The manager Sherri is a very professional and nice lady. They have very good programs and activities for children’s development.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, my Daughter hardly wants to leave when I pick her up in the afternoon.. Story Park online also helps keep us in touch with what she gets up to, especially when I was a FIFO worker.. Thanks Team
