Nice breakfast, got a little kitchen which providing everything you need. Great location, easily access to coastline, just few mins walk to enjoy the sunset. Good parking spot, good shower, providing heater, some snacks, milk and juice. Wonderful!

Must stay at this lovely home stay if you're going Vivonne Bay KI. The lady owner was a very amazing person.she provided Belgium waffle 🧇 in the frozen fridge for all guest, orange juice &milk in he bottle 🍾🍾 cereal cornflakes 🍞 jam butter 🧈. Make me feel like home 🏠🏠.

Cute little bed and breakfast around 10 mins away from Penneshaw and near a beach. Host was nice and check in was easy. The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we would need. Bed was big, cozy and very comfy.Breakfast was a generous spread of cereal, yoghurt, breads, eggs, juice, fruit, etc. There's a little shared kitchenette which came in very handy when we needed to heat/store meals.

Very cute, boutique feeling b & b on kangaroo island. The host is very nice, check in was easy. Space was clean and location is great. Definitely check out the sunset on the beach, it's about a five minute walk from the property. Clean bathroom, hot shower, tasty breakfast. They have a set up in the rooms with coffee, tea, a kettle, toaster, mini fridge, toast, yogurt, cereal, milk, and then they provide eggs and Belgium waffles you can make in the kitchen area which is shared and just outside of the rooms. Our stay was great!

The Fig Tree B&B was the perfect base for our tour of Kangaroo Island and Leasha and Shane were wonderful hosts. The room was very nice, and we enjoyed the small back deck for watching the birds. We also had access to the guest kitchen and a picnic area. One could fix one's own breakfast in the room, but also request a cooked breakfast, and, even better, one could order dinner which included divine desserts, prepared by a master chef and delivered to the room! We could easily walk to the cove and sit on a bench and delight in the view. Outstanding accommodation. Highly recommended!

Lovely comfortable room plenty of room to relax. Your own bathroom facilities were really good size. Shared kitchen was good too. Everything was in good order and clean. Breakfast, tea and coffe supplied in your room. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come here again.

We were delighted every day. Best value that we found on the island. The new management were so keen to ensure that our stay was wonderful and that we weren't taken for granted which is how we often felt when dealing with other businesses on the island. Cannot speak highly enough. This should be the first place you come to on the island just 15 mins from the ferry.

This was the best equipped, Clean and comfortable site that I have had the pleasure of staying at quiet and has everything we needed and more. I would recommend this site to anyone wanting to stay at a B&B on KI...

Leasha and Shane were excellent hosts, paying special attention to my husband's dietary requests and helping promptly when we had trouble with the key. We really appreciated the convenience of a cooked dinner when we arrived, and delicious it was too!

The room was large, clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. We checked in at 9pm and the keys were left with the note on the door. Breakfast was provided with milk, oj, bread, yoghurt, canned fruit, butter and jam.

This is the best B&B I have ever stayed! The bedroom is tidy and clean. Located at a quite place. They provide BBQ equipment. Allen and Chris are very friendly.

Very cosy rooms close to the ferry, a great base for exploring the island. Lovely hosts with a great optional dinner using local produce.
