I recently enrolled my little one at the learning sanctuary yeronga and from the beginning Jessica has been super helpful and supportive with the enrolment process and helping a first time mum out with my millions of questions! All of the staff are truly lovely and you can tell the kids feel happy and comfortable in the spaces provided. My little one seems to be settling in well and the photo updates really help put my mind at ease that she is in the right place, so thanks Julia!

We have had a wonderful experience with our 3 year old daughter at Learning Sanctuary Yeronga. Prior to LS we thought our daughter just didn't like daycare, but once we moved her to this place we noticed a significant change in her demeanor including not wanting to come home! Particular shout out to the new manager Jess who has made some really positive changes to the centre despite the trying times of Covid.

Such an amazing workplace and team to be apart of. The staff are so loving to the children and families. Jess and Amy make things run so smoothly and I have enjoyed every minute of working within the team.

Our little one has been attending LSY for over a month and we are so happy to see him well-adjusted in this wonderful new place. The educators encourage a friendly, caring and uplifting environment among the kids which helps our son enjoy his time at the centre. The centre itself has sufficient play area and facilities to occupy the kids for the entire day. Therefore, I strongly recommend Learning Sanctuary Yeronga! ☺

The facilities are great, the educators are nice and friendly. Jess and Nat are doing a good job! I can see obvious improvements to the centre operation. They also just implemented new menu, and the kids love it!

We've been attending the learning sanctuary in yeronga for the past 5 months an as any new place goes for a little one, there are always teething issues to begin with, but the last 4 months have been so wonderful for us an our little one. He is so happy on our drive to daycare and when he sees his educators and chef he is grinning from ear to ear, which, of course put me at ease. He has flourished so much this year that I'm so excited to see what the future brings for him an his relationships with his educators. Facilities, educators, other families are all top notch.

My daughter loves it at the Yeronga Learning Sanctuary. The staff are always so friendly and take the time to give us an update of her day upon pickup. We also love getting the photo updates throughout the day! Thank you!

Nothing better than your child clapping and smiling when they get to go to daycare. From the staff, the food, the activities, the wonderful communication, there isn't anything bad to say about Early Learning sanctuary yeronga. It feels like the staff and our family are a team.

Terrible customer service. We were on the wait list for 6 months and had no communication from the Learning Sanctuary. I called 7 weeks before we needed care and was told they had availability but couldn’t enrol my daughter until 6 weeks before her start date. So I completed the enrolment pack and waited to hear back. When I followed up they said they were just waiting on the centre manager but it was all good. When I called back a week later they had no availability! No communication to me at all during this time. So frustrating to deal with their call centre as you always go through to people who can’t help you and get told to wait for call backs than never come.

Terrible customer service and big time waster.
in first day they said we have 5days for your kids and we try to do enrolment form and when I send it to them they asked for the Immunisation record and I sent the Grean Immunisation record and when I called them to confirm all the things they changed the days to 2 days a week which is Ruined my business plan.
