Staff are wonderful and caring. The place is neat and tidy. Conviently located to the hospitals.

Couldn't rate it any higher ❤ the service, the friendly staff, rooms, everything you need is pretty much at your convenience 😊 if you encounter any problems or have trouble understanding something, don't worry, the lovely and very understanding staff at reception are always ready to lend a helping hand if they can :)

Stay all the time due to youngest and health issues. Staff are fantastic always happy, helpful and friendly no matter the time of day. Its always clean. Kitchen is spacious and always has something to eat lovingly donated. Rooms are great for short or long stays. Such a heartwarming place which is great in hard times

What an incredible organisation - RMH truly takes some of the stress out of the hospital experience.

Funnily enough my family and I also stayed in RMH in the early 1990s while I battled cancer, and my dad and mum still talk fondly of their experience.

I attended this place for a volunteer bake day. What an amazing place and amazing story. Was so lovely to see the families enjoy our food.

For a work event we volunteered to cook one night for the families of the house. What a wonderful night. The amount of hard work all volunteers do in this house is amazing! Helping so many people.

What an amazing facility you provide for families going through very emotional and stressful times with often extremely sick children. Lovely rooms and large functional kitchen area with your own locked pantry and fridge section. The staff and volunteers do an amazing job. So helpful and friendly. We were there over Xmas and felt very lucky and grateful for all of the wonderful meals provided on Xmas day and other nights leading up to Xmas. Visits from santa and beautiful gifts for all the children. I as a grandmother who stayed occasionally when I bought my little grand daughter for a visit for a mummy daddy and little brother "fix" am eternally grateful to you all for making my families difficult time easier. THANK YOU💞

Second to none, perfect place for our sick children and families to stay. Couldn’t ask for better and if you do there is something wrong with you.

My husband & I stayed here while our baby son was in the Children's Hospital across the road....The rooms are comfy , staff are lovely & offer a tour around the Ronald house...This is a charity service & we couldn't thank them more for all there help. THANK YOU !

Has been absolutely amazing to have a room at Ronald McDonald house while our daughter had been in hospital. It's definatley been a godsend to not have to worry about that side of things. The staff have been amazing. And the facilities and easy nature of the whole place is fantastic and very much appreciated. Thank you for making such a huge deal that much easier.

We have stayed many times over the course of my sons life (just turned 3) and they have always been very helpful!

Was a real comfort being able to stay directly opposite childrens hospital no travel easy to get to hospital. Staff super friendly and helpful. Stunning room facilities. Everything we needed from modern kitchen to cook own food. And fantastic activities for kids available.

The best place for families and patients recovery. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Clean, neat and tidy. Great Showers too and food items to chose from. Shampoo& Condition available and car parking.

Such wonderful staff, great facilities, comfy beds and lots to so for the kids

It just makes everything easy. When we were there a family room was available and they supplied two cots for my twins. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for our family in this difficult time. God bless you!

One of the staff abused me asked to leave/ go home just 3 weeks after my son’s diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia.
I was in the hurry to go back to the hospital (my son was in the treatment at that time) and she catch me in the lift without checking my details she told me that i should go home so someone else can use the room. I was shocked. I gave my room number and told her that I in the hurry and will be back to speak with her soon.
With tears i came back and see her, I told her i will pay for the accommodation as I really needed as this RMH closed to the hospital. My heart is broken. and she said don’t worry about it all good, no pressure. WITHOUT APOLOGY. I guess She checked my details after I gave my room number.
Very disappointed really as some of the staff are very lovely. Some very rude.

My nephew is receiving treatment from QCH and RMH is our family's home away from our home in Papua New Guinea. RMH is our safe refuge and oasis.

There staff and all the volunteers are a blessing to all who stay here.

It's been a fantastic place with super awesome staffs. Can't get anything better than the love, care and concern they give to the families staying there.

Amazing staff and facility. Much love to them all.. after 245 nights of there amazing hospitality. we are glad to be home.
