Best recovery hub ever! We love this place and have been coming for a couple of months now. We really enjoy the saunas, both the vibro snd the infrared, and the pools. Super friendly atmosphere. Will continue going for many years to come.

Great venue with a lovely, open atmosphere. The fellas that run it are friendly and accommodating to all types. Great for healing a sore body. Love the sports paraphernalia on the walls. Keep it up.

Very reasonably priced. A great place staffed by a fantastic team. I’ve found the baths the only relief I’ve been able to find from chronic pain. Meeting people here suffering from similar symptoms has been a great support also. Would recommend to everyone

The team at Sports Recovery and Wellbeing are absolutely lovely, and willing to lend a hand with anything. I've been going for around 10 months now. Mark the owner, is such a kind and caring person. The venue is always nice and tidy. The magnesium pools are definitely well worth it, and so are the compression legs. Has been a lifesaver coming here!

I can't recommend giving this a go highly enough. I can honestly say the magnesium pools and sauna have greatly helped with my back injury. The price is totally affordable, with unlimited use of pools and sauna for 7 days at around $50 for the week. Check out their website for discounts and great deals.

Wonderful experience - fantastic service and great facilities! Just here on holiday and curious to test out the hyperbaric chamber so we decided to stop by. My husband and I received a warm welcome upon arrival and we were made to feel at home right away - we tried the infrared sauna, compression, and magnesium pools too. Service and professionalism from start to finish were impeccable. Also think what they offer is great value for money. Highly recommend!

I have been using sports recovery for over 3 years now and simply has been the best recovery tool you can use. The service by Mark and family is by far the best on the coast! Warm and welcoming. I recommend this place to all my customers and often see them down there. It's your one stop place for all things recovery and wellness. I call it my fountain of youth. I give them a 10 star rating.

An amazing place to go after a hard session on the field or in the gym. Being an athlete, you need recovery to stay fit and at the top of your game. Everything they offer can help you achieve this! I Got greeted by the owner who had great customer service and went into detail about the different recovery options they offer. Since I've been the first time, it's been a must for me now.

A most friendly, caring and knowledgeable family business. The facilities are sensational, covering for all the needs of sports recovery, from various pools, pressure boots, sauna and massage. The venue is modern and extremely clean and cared for. A great centre, for ALL age groups and well worth visiting. Thanks for the experience.

An absolute must for a full week of soccer training. This is my favorite place to have all my recovery needs met in a variety of forms. I can always count on a great experience when I show up. The staff is great and they have really looked after me through this season. I will continue to visit here multiple times a week so I can continue to play at a high level by making sure my body has the proper recovery tools! Thanks for all that you do Mark and the gang!

I am too scared to rate this place as I don’t want to make it too popular. But actually, it is brilliant!

The team at Sports Recovery & Wellness Centre are extremely kind and helpful. The experience is not only beneficial but also relaxing and stress relieving. I would highly recommend this recovery centre to people who would like to aid in the recovery of sport induced muscular pain or overall health/ wellness.

Fantastic staff. They can’t do enough to make you happy or comfortable. I had a couple of guys fighting from my boxing gym and these guys went out of their way to message myself and my fighters with well wishes and then after the fight to find out results. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The service was amazing…. Informative and friendly. I felt super comfortable and enjoyed the whole experience. Plunge pools were fantastic, and I walked out feeling 10 years younger !!

Totally recommend the compression therapy & cold / hot pools for fast recovery after sport. It definitely helps especially during multi day events. Our whole cycling team went during this years Australian Masters and couldn't be happier with the service, value and improved results.
