Clair and Danielle’s customer service level was extremely high. I drove out of my way just to go to this particular store due to the high service that I received a week earlier.

We went to the store today and was searching for a couch for our apartment. Before went in the store, we have visited couple of furniture stores but we were so lucky to find this one. The furniture and service quality were so so much better than others. This is the only store made us feel like home and decided to make purchase without hesitation. The lady Danielle who served us was so friendly and nice. The couch price is fair and quality is excellent. Strongly recommend this store to anyone and we will definitely go back if we need any furniture in the future!

Went looking for ideas to replace some old furniture and a lovely lady named Tina approached us. Was friendly and welcomed us to browse even pointing out some of her favourites she's seen come in. A lovely environment to shop in. 😌

The girls at Eureka street Oxley are absolutely amazing. There was a mix up with my delivery which they sorted out within hours. They went above and beyond and personally delivered the heavy item to my home address by lunchtime! Could not recommend the customer service enough. Will definitely be back to the Oxley store.

I called the shop as I had 2 sets of purchases from a different Eureka stores, the lady who helped me out was great she organized delivery of items that were available immediately talking to the other store. End result we didn't have to wait for a month to get any furniture got the once that are available now in 3 weeks time. So thanks for taking ownership and coordinating the delivery.

Purchased some items from a recent warehouse sale and all staff were very helpful and understanding as I added to my order a couple of times due to spotting added bargains. Ended up going to the local store to purchase remainder of lounge setting and staff there were also very friendly and helpful.

We recently purchased a new dining suite from Eureka Street and not only was the quality fantastic and the price amazing but it was delivered on time with no fuss! We definitely would recommend them to our friends and family. 5 star.

Love ❤ love ❤ love ❤ My new farmhouse furniture. Service was great at the Oxley branch thank you so much. I only had the entrance table on B/O which arrived on the ETA they expected. So very happy and so is my hubby with my choices. We have been renovating slowly and now our house is starting to look like a home now. Now....what else do I need to buy hahaha

Went into the clearance store at rocklea and was helped my Tammy and Geneva. They went above and beyond to help me find something suitable and within my budget.

Visited Oxley store on the weekend and found the staff there awesome. Delt with Danielle who was just lovely and Claire was brilliant too.

Great service in store and with delivery. Every staff member was professional and considerate. No pushy sales pitches and good advice. Prompt deliver at the time planned.

Arrived exactly when they said and in perfect condition even with a difficult stairway, product itself is better than we thought from the showroom will definitely buy from Eureka again.
