We ordered both the hu tieu soup and mixed versions and were impressed with the flavours and generous portion sizes of both. The restaurant goes all the way back and actually has quite a lot of seats inside. Service was very friendly. Overall a great find and would go back

I have been dining at this place a few times now & each time is like a trip down memory lane! Takes me back to the taste of the hu tieu I had every Saturday in Cabramatta when I was much younger. It is clean & the service is prompt and friendly. Flavours are always consistent and on point and opens early so you can have a homely breakfast comfortably without crowds at lunchtime.

Had the dried version. It’s very filling and delicious. The prawn cracker is nice too.

My go to for hu tieu. Been going here for as long as I can remember, I have introduced this place to so many friends and they all love it

congee just warms you up in the perfect spot and bursting with flavour. the congee was cooked perfectly as it melted in your mouth. it was warm with a savoury taste from the pork intestines and condiments! 😇 the intestines/organs were chewy, gamey and also cooked to perfection 👌 fried shallot gave it a nice CRONCH and deep flavour 😋 the best part is the chinese donut of course and it was exactly everything i expected; crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with that oily exterior. garnish with bean sprouts, fresh chilli and lemon and you’ve got the best soup any time of the day. 🌄🌌it was also a HUGEEE serving, easily could feed two people!

Came here on a Saturday morning. The food was delicious and plentiful. I could barely finish my bowl of noodle soup. Also enjoyed the jasmine tea and the iced coffee. Would definitely come again!

Tried the signature dish - clear rice noodle soup with combination meats. Dish came out with a prawn, various types of meats and offcuts. Broth was tasty and I added in beansprouts, lemon and fresh chilli. There was also a wonton cracker with dried shrimp, which was a great addition. Service was quick and friendly (even though I don't speak their language).

Hủ tiếu khô is delicious and authentic. Definitely have their own specialty in making hu tieu. They also have many other options for rice and other noodles. Vietnamese coffee is cheap and delicious too

Excellent hu tieu (clear chewy noodles) which are increasingly difficult to find in Sydney. Great vermicelli and Vietnamese style coffee too. Most mains are around $15, cash only.

Definitely one of my absolute favourite eateries in Sydney. The Hu Tieu is not overloaded with MSG like other places, the servings are huge, and the excellent service is just the icing on the cake . Highly recommended!

Best noodle soup in Sydney. Do yourself a favour and order it! I'm particular about my noodles. The uncle (owner) remembers that I don't eat pork blood or intestins, and only serve me pork and seafood. I only like it with clear rice noodle and he will always make sure he gets it right. If that's not service I don't know what is. my husband n I drive 30 mins to eat here. We love the soup and the prawn crackers is always so crispy!

We had to try this place after hearing from friends. Service was amazing and everything from the meat to the soup was perfectly done. Flavours bold and authentic to vietnamese experience. Highly recommended to anyone driving past bankstown.

In my opinion this is the best Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant in Sydney! And when i say soup noodles, I mean egg noodles or hu tieu dai (clear chewy rice noodle), not pho!
I usually opt for the dry noodle option, that comes with a separate bowl of soup - the noodles have a special sauce on them when its dry and it's soo soo good! Oh and don't forget the Prawn Cracker, I think its an add-on but it's a must. Eat the cracker however you want, break it up and scatter it over you noods or just keep it on the side for a bite but just don't let it get too soggy!

Best Vietnamese restuarant in the area. A variety of dishes and all taste amazing! The hu tieu is a must here, it is delicious! Staff are very friendly and kind and service was quick! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Vietnamese restaurant in Bankstown. 100/10!!!
