BFO Bedding Furniture Outlet

Purchased a queen bedroom suite from the Aspley store and was blown away by the pricing and quality. After weeks of searching through big name shops and other so called ‘outlets’ we stumbled across these guys after a recommendation from a friend and couldn’t believe the range and prices they had available. The delivery was quick, within three days, no waiting for weeks for my bed. I also wanted to purchase a sofa but wanted to check sizing first, the staff were understanding and not pushy but by the time I went back yesterday to buy, the sofa was all sold out, I recommend you know what you want and buy there and then to avoid disappointment. Thankfully the lady there was able to help me select another sofa which will arrive next week. Great store and no pushy salespeople, great pricing and decent quality gear.

Sales assistant was lovely. I enjoyed my experience especially because she was happy to let us browse and not be pushy like other stores. We purchased a queen matress for a great price and are happy with the quality.

I have bought a queen bed and few other furniture for a very good price. Saved a lot by buying from them. Ronda who works there is the best seles person I have ever seen in a furniture store. She is the most polite and ever smiling lady you would ever see in a shop.

The women working was so helpful and helped my mum and I bring a heavy mattress to the car which normally furniture shops will not help lift anything! Great personality and happy to help. I had been to many other shops that day that the staff didn’t even look up when we entered

We redesigned the Bendigo -did three seater but with two seat cushions and the Bendigo single chairs x 2. We chose the largo fabric, we are very happy the the finished product and the quality is great. Love that it’s Aussie made.

Bought floor stock queen bed from Oxley as we needed a bed urgently. When asked if i can get discount on floorstock i was told no, otherwise pay the same amount and wait till august for a new one. Not an option , so took floor stock.
I was shocked at the cost of delivery $100 to Forest Lake .

Delivery was scheduled for today between 10-3pm. Called shop at 1.30pm only to be told that my goods had not even been picked up as yet.
After a few calls my delivery arrived at 4.30pm.
Though i have bought from BFO and have dealt with Rhonda before who has been great in the past, the level of service has dropped.
