I couldn’t speak more highly of this team. I had rented with Property Solutions for just under 3 years. Through this time, they have been the best, most supportive Realestate I could have ever asked for! It was always an entirely positive experience for me. The team always went up and beyond to meet my requests. My property manager, Matt Norton, was a massive support through my break lease transition and I couldn’t have asked for a better PM. He is super responsive and has not once let me down. I admire his honesty and will miss having him as my Property Manager! He has brought an amazing outlook to this company and they are very lucky to have him. I couldn’t recommend Property Solutions enough!

Matt Norton inspected my apartment yesterday. I was impressed with his manner. He was easy-going and respectful, while also paying close attention to the physical condition of the apartment itself on behalf of the owner. If I owned an investment property, I would be very comfortable with Matt being the property manager on my behalf.

Since Matt has joined the agency, things have changed massively. He has been my property manager for a while now and could not be happier with him. I'm currently having to break my lease and he has made the whole process so much easier by how proactive he has been.

We rented through Property Solutions Place for 3 years and they have been the best real estate we have worked with. Our most recent manager was Matt Norton, and he went above and beyond to ensure our moving out process went smoothly. He helped us out when we locked ourselves out and even went as far as to help us secure a parking spot for our moving truck. Always very comunicative and maintenance requests were attended to quickly.

I never give 5 stars, as there's always room for improvement everywhere, but, I chose to live where I do based on the team that work for Property Solutions in Nundah. I searched for a decent apartment, and Matt was the ONLY agent that showed me his full attention and mutual respect, and actually helped me get my new home, at a time when the rental market is a nightmare! I can't sing Matt and his team's praises enough. So, it's pretty much a 5 star review .. so I'll change the stars to 5 then (after basically typing that they are a 5 star team).
I'll also add, since I moved in, the service hasn't dwindled. It's the same first class service.
Don't listen to other negative reviews. They are NOT like other real estates. Trust me .. I'm a very particular, ex military renter. I know good service when I get it. This team are it.

Honestly shocked to see some of the negative reviews on here about Property Solutions Place. I have had nothing but the utmost professionalism from everyone I have dealt with at the company and they are a standout in comparison to some other Property Managers I have had in the past. It is hard to find good property managers, but these guys have done just that. So much so that it motivated me to come on and write a review. As someone who has worked in Property Management in the past, it makes me think that maybe the tenants posting the negative reviews have just not understood what is expected as industry standard. The issues on cleaning. News flash. You need to clean your apartment when you leave and maybe your standards aren't good enough so they needed to hire a cleaner. I know when moving into the apartment, I was glad that they had ensured this standard of cleaning, which is something I have had an issue with moving into other rentals.

I just finished my tenancy with Property Solution Place, and I had haven't a better experience than with these guys. They were helpful, great at communication and prompt when answering any emails or calls. They were also always welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend.

Now we have all heard of and no doubt had to deal with dodgy real-estate agents, I know I have! So moving to a new agent after finding a great place is always daunting, I needn't of worried! This team are fantastic to the point while I'll have to rent I don't want to go anywhere else. I challenge you to name another agency where you find yourself sitting down coffee in hand and talking well past your intended stay.

Nothing but professional, reliable and downright caring people. I'd go as far as to say a family that I know I could borrow a cup of sugar if Woolworths wasn't just across the road.

The one star reviews that have been left couldn't be further from the truth from my dealings with this team, I suppose if you pay your rent on time and keep the place neat and tidy you wouldn't have a problem 😉.
