Such a beautiful place to shop in! A very diverse range of products to choose from. Luckily, Karen was there on Wednesday morning to help us sort through it and get what we wanted! Customer service was exceptional.

I love this store. Karen (manager) and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The stock is beautiful. I basically get most of my clothes from this store - crisp linens and soft cottons. Perfect for summer and there is new stock all the time. I think Karen is the best salesperson I’ve ever come across. She is warm and always takes time to let you know in the kindest possible way whether something suits you or not. They will also make extra effort to order something in if your size isn’t available and to check stocks in other stores. Thanks Karen and the team

This is my “go to” when gift shopping. I always find something special for friends and loved ones, and interesting gifts for things like secret Santa for work colleagues. Amazing range of clothing and accessories too. I have always found staff helpful.

Peter, Karen, Ally and Annabelle provide exceptional, good-old fashioned customer service. If you're pressed for time, they'll help you find exactly the right gift you're after. Then they'll grab a great card for you, give you time to write it, and then gift wrap your present with gorgeous paper and ribbon - at no extra cost. Mott and Mulberry is my go-to store for all baby showers, birthdays, christenings and other special occasions :)

A beautiful gift shop filled with wonderful gifts, cards and awesome cat wrapping paper! The best! We found a birthday ‘gift of seed’ card that was so beautiful for a close friend. The lady was lovely; very friendly and accommodating as we had our 2 impatient preschooler and baby with us. When I went to pay at the counter she noticed I didn’t pick up the envelope to go with the card and she kindly went over without a fuss to the carousel of cards to get one for me/for my purchase. Thank you! Great place to find that extra special gift for the people you love!

The most gorgeous boutique of one of a kind gifts. The best part about this shop is the wonderfully kind and generous customer service of the lady who served me today (I’m so sorry I didn’t grab your name!). Absolutely beautiful gift wrapping at no extra cost. Love your work!

Amazing gift shop. It’s pity, Lack of care customer service which i received yesterday in non peak hour. No greeting or check on customer who spent over 15 mins in store obviously looking for sth. And i asked the shop lady for details on a product, she passively answered in short and plain.

I really like the shop’s selection especially alot local made unique design crafts & products. Will check other shops next time.

Great products, not particularly good customer service. Apparently it's '"too hard" to upload a phone number into the search field. The response indicated that I wasn't the first person to raise this. I wasted an hour on PT during a work break to not be able to buy my item as it had sold out.

Interesting items ruined by a by passive aggressive staff with snarky responses.There was not an ounce of customer service with the lady looking irritated and incovenienced simply by me asking questions on a product. Better off loosing the attitude before you lose your business. I'll be skipping right past your shop each week now.

Staff inside are selfish and kicked me out when they found out that I wasn't there to buy anything.

Staff are extremely rude, when told that I have a medical exemption for wearing a mask (certificate at home which I don’t need to show.
They booted me from the store, 100% illegal.
