I can't speak highly enough of the staff (Shout out to Delai)
I am an old women who is about to embark on a new chapter of life.
I packed up my home and was unsure about how the storage situation worked. Don't have a lot of money and didn't like the idea of keeping my memborilia
In someone else's keeping.
Thanks to the store local team I have found the perfect spot.
I get anxious with unfamiliar processes and situations but the staff were soooo patient , understanding and professional with me that I am writing this review with sincere thanks.

In a nutshell, dealing with StoreLocal Newmarket is absolutely hassle free!
With them, everything is transparent, clear, and straightforward. The whole journey from renting the storage unit till ending my lease was smooth and flawless. Highly recommend them!
Storage unit was clean, well kept and ventilated (no signs of mold, humidity, or insects found on my stored clothes and furniture).
The place is pretty secure. Also, their renting rate was the least I found in the area (never forget to ask for partners' offers, in my case RACQ gave me a decent discount).

Very conveniently located temporary storage. The facility always clean and tidy, the generous sized trolleys are so useful, and parking whilst loading/unloading is ideal. We used the elevator for an upstairs shed, and this was reliable and easy. In a word, excellent!

Danielle was very helpful in working out the size required and gave me a great price with no hidden fees (other options I looked at had admin fees + minimum stays + special padlocks you had to purchase, etc.). She kindly assisted me after hours when I realised I'd made an error. The storage container was very clean and well kept, and there are trolleys available to help unload. I'd definitely recommend supporting this great local business!

Has the best location, only a few Klm's from the city. Easy Access to storage units and they supply good quality trolleys to help moving stuff (no wobbly wheels) The prices are pretty good and security is great. Very business like with Tax Invoices always on time and payment made easy. Been storing for about a year and would highly recommend them.

I have only good things to say about StoreLocal Newmarket. Modern and clean facilities, excellent service and a decent price. All our belongings were in perfect condition after being stored for 2+ years. Would highly recommend this facility and will use again in the future.

I have used SoreLocal Newmarket for many years and can vouch for the excellent facilities they provide.

I have used many others in the past and the following differentiates them from the rest : Its always spotlessly clean (most of their peers are most definitely not), no rodents, safe and secure environment utilising the latest technology to do so, unimpeded access 24/7, well lit and most importantly good value for money.

My family still utilise the facility and i cant recommend StoreLocal highly enough. I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

We have recently taken a unit at StoreLocal in Newmarket. They are competitively priced and the facility is well kept and very clean, it is secure and extremely easy to access (being tucked away down a side street) with plenty of turning and parking space. The staff is helpful and friendly and they carry a range of accessories (boxes, tape, locks etc etc) to make packing and storage simple. Very highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic service from the team at StoreLocal NewMarket with a special mention to Kylie. I've been looking into options to store quite expensive gear once my house sells and I build. I've called close to 8 or 9 storage companies and was beginning to lose hope. Once talking to Kylie at Storelocal, I felt exceptionally confident and comfortable using StoreLocal in the hopefully near future .
