Been having our cars serviced there since July 2001 -10 different cars within the family in that time - plus wheel bearings new tires and re-wired our camper trailer - never had any problems with the work done so highly recommend them

We had a referral to this mechanic from a friend and had such a great experience. We had an ABS module issue and had exorbitant quotes from several mechanics. My wife and I recently purchased a 1998 Nissan Patrol with the intention of driving around Australia over an 8 week period. We tasked Dudley and his team with the difficult job of getting the car ready for the trip. Dudley's team were incredibly thorough and were able to get the Patrol to a great standard whilst managing to do it all for a great price! We not only completed our dream trip; we covered 19,205 kilometres with the Patrol running beautifully the entire way! This exceeded our expectations and we're forever grateful to Dudley and Future Auto Virginia for their tremendous work.

I thought I would try a new mechanic that is close to work and where my workplace sends their fleet cars too for servicing and repairs.
I cannot talk highly enough of the service I recieved from when I dropped off my and car and walked into the office to receiving updates of my car service throughout the day and getting a video of what required to be repaired and serviced and what didnt need anything done. The way he went through and explained everything was first class. They also have a courtesy vehicle for use if your vehicle is going to need to be in overnight.
Dudley and his team were very impressive and I would highly recommend Future Auto Northgate for your next service or repair.

Dudley and his team managed to help me fix the air-condition in my car, and handled it in an extremely professional manner. He constantly checked in with me, and returned my car with a beautifully cold Air-con. A few weeks later, I received a call to check up and make sure I was satisfied with the service provided, which was amazing. Will be coming back!

Speedy service, all items evidenced in a video format sent to you on your phone. So convenient and gives me peace of mind. We also needed a replacement part, and Dudley kept checking his databases until one came in and got it sorted ASAP. I'm so impressed with this place.

I had my Hyundai Getz serviced at Future Auto at Northgate and I was very impressed with the whole customer experience from the moment I arranged a quote for service, arriving on the day, receiving a video run through of what was found and advised needs replacing now and later to picking up the car at the arranged time. They were very thorough in checking everything to make sure my car was running optimally. I will definitely be taking my car back to Dudley and the team.

Have used Future Auto and Dudley for the last 10 years. My vehicles are always looked after, service is brilliant and the price is up front and affordable. Great new video feature that gets sent in an SMS so you can view the service and any works that are required. Strongly recommend this business. Will always send my vehicles here.

They kept me filled on what needs to be done and costs throughout the service, which was comforting to know I wasn't going to be hit with high random prices. Prices are extremely reasonable.

The team are extremely friendly and once they completed my car, they had left a little Christmas goodie bag with the mints.

The staff at Future Auto Northgate are awesome!! The team are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile!! My kids love to watch the video of our car being serviced up on the hoist and what is being replaced. The prices are reasonable and my family will be using them again!!
