Vet Cross Gin Gin

On Monday 11th of March I said goodbye to my beautiful loyal little dog Abbey. She was 11 and I knew she wasn't well. I would like to thank Vetcross Gin Gin for their compassion, sensitivity and understanding of how this was a very sad occasion. They treated my little girl with the utmost respect, took their time and allowed me to grieve as she fell asleep in my arms. Thank you to Andrew and a thankyou to the lady on reception.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. And at some stage they have all had visits to Vet Cross in Gin Gin. I've always been very happy with not only how my furbabies are treated, but also myself. Reception staff and vets are all professional, empathetic, helpful and friendly. I have been taking my fur kids here for 12 years. No complaints. Excellent service.

Friendly, well organised and treated the pups wonderfully.

Easy to get an appointment. If urgent they fit us in. Explain things in layman's terms and gave honest opinion (even when it was not what we wanted to hear).

We will never be able to thank Dr Andrew and his team enough for the care they gave to our dog Mate. He had been attacked by another dog, it was horrific, so I was also in shock as we arrived for help. The immediate care and assistance was wonderful. Thanks to this team our dog has survived and is living a much better quality of life than we expected. Thank you once again to the kind, professional team at Vet Cross in GinGin. 🙏💖🦋🐾🐾

If you are looking for a great friendly Vet service look no further than Vet Cross Gin Gin. Unfortunately they see me a little too much to our liking 😉🙈 but we get 1st class treatment our fur baby. She has skin allergies and they are always accommodating for us.

Best vets ever, they are very caring and great with all animals

I highly recommend Vet Cross and their staff. They not only have taken exception care of our dog for the past 15 years but also make the owners feel like they are part of an extended family. Absolutely brilliant.

Our lost cat of 6 months was handed into Vet X Gin Gin...given we had to travel from Townsville then onto Karratha WA...Vet X looked after our cat for 1 week prior to our travel...we were so greatful when Vet X contacted us...now he is safe in Townsville with his brothers until our next journey to WA...we'd like to thank everyone for getting Bruce back to us safely...we truly appreciate your kindest ❤

Weve just had our first visit with VetCross Gin Gin. We were made to feel like we've always been a client.
Jo is so warm and welcoming & Dr Amy was amazing with our 2 horror head Staffies. The nurses were so gentle, even the old boy Buddy went (almost) freely out back with them.
I feel very confident our 2 are going to be receiving outstanding care for their twilight years.
We couldn't be happier.

Always helpful and friendly. You can see they really care. Once we had an emergency and the lovely nurse went to the trouble of booking us in at Bundaberg so we could go straight in as soon as we arrived without having to wait as she knew we had a 50 minute stressful drive with a dog needing attention .

Very caring very friendly. I took in a friend's elderly dog with a matted coat. They trimmed his fur,cleaned his ears, de-flead him and gave him a general check up . The price I payed really surprised me for the state the dog was in when I took it in. I picked up a totally different dog.I expected to pay over double than I did.

The vet surgery are helpful kind and professional. We recently had our beloved dog euthanased there and although it was heartbreaking we felt very comforted and they understood our pain 💔
