perfect service, Tracey was more than accommodating and even have water bowls and liver wafers for peoples dog (little fella liked that). they have a variety of stock for decent prices and are overall very slay. I have spent a plethora of money topping up my collection and will never stop, all the items are worth every cent and of a very high quality. Great business and great workers, they always look very presentable and respectable. I recommend the hoodies and earrings they have never let me down, the return policies are very reasonable and Tracey has always been available should I need help post purchase.

I have bought a variety of Traceys stock, including earrings, bags, wallets etc. everything in her shop is lovely, high quality and appropriately priced. the workers are kind and super helpful. cant believe we have such a beautiful shop in Gin Gin

Returned an item. Credit was meant to be applied to next order. Have contacted page, owner and tried calling multiple times and have still not received credit or a response.

Very disappointing from a business perspective very poor communication, Phone calls and emails not responded to. my bag needed a repair and it never happened I even asked for a refund with no response Tracey you let me down
