More chance of winning if you have a ticket. Sadly that doesn't help me either

In 2019 I worked here for a few months in a call centre position. Was disappointed with kpi system. If you were 5-10 minutes late to work, it would destroy your high performance greatly and make it look like you were at the bottom against those that were just doing okay.
When I pointed out, the discrimination implemented in their system against one's performance at work (call level), also pointing out, it was unfair to have such a strict system, when people are forced to change their start and finish times every 3-4 weeks and continuously adjust to a new schedule, on top of the harsh kpi style - I was told to leave!
I thought it was disgusting that a young girl there got first prize for her "performance" but she also lived within walking distance of the company!! Of course, she would never have to worry about reliability of a train or bus. I hope today the military harsh mindset has changed. The HR person who ran the whole system, said this was all normal. I have worked in other call centers before and never had I ever seen such a nonsense setup!

The time says it closes at 5:00, but when I arrived at 4:40, they said it was already closed? Is it because the time has not been changed or is it because the employees are lazy?

For such a high profile public company your customer service is questionable. I have tried on 5 separate occasions to rectify an online account issue and 'due to higher than usual call volumes' you could not take my call! Really? Given the revenues you extract from millions of users you really should hire adequate staff and provide a worthwhile service.

This organisation has to have the worst customer service I've seen in 20 years.
Trying to contact them !!!! Well you would have more success reaching God.
They don't answer phones due to what they call high call volumes and they repeatedly hang up.
I gave up after 4 days in a row.
I finally found a so called support email and it took them over a week to tell me that they only call Australian numbers and couldn't help me whilst overseas.
If this is the service they provide when they have a licence to print money is it any wonder there are overseas companies now in the market.
The Lott needs a reality check and the stupid government that allows this disgusting customer service needs to be thrown out of office.
Vote with your feet people and don't support them or at least vent your disgust using bad reviews.
You have to give them 1 star to submit a review and if that wasn't the case I wouldn't have given them any.
Wake up Lotty and join the new millennium and give some service!!!!!!!!!!
