Found this by chance when visiting the plaza for another specialist shop. I was excited to discover the huge variety of gourmet meats, cheeses, olives etc and convenient meal options. I wouldn't say it is cheap, but the pricing is a lot better than other similar vendors and when you take into account the quality of goods it actually is very good value in my opinion. I wish I had a 'Neighbourhood Market' local to where I live.

By far the best green grocer/deli I have visited. Staff are amazing, produce is fresh and prices can’t be beaten. The fit out is amazing which definitely makes the experience a whole lot more exciting. To those who simply love good food, Neighbourhood Market Co is where it’s at!

Shopped at Neighbourhood Market Co. while visiting family in Brisbane. This is like the holy grail of gourmet grocery stores. I'm from Central QLD, and sadly, you'll never find something like this there. All kinds of things you'll never find in the major supermarkets. Very good prices (and quality) on fruit and vegetables.

Regarding prices: I noticed you can buy half a kilo of Qukes baby cucumbers here for $2.99. At the two major supermarkets you'll pay $3.50 for half that. Which just shows you how much you're being ripped off by major corporations which have the power to set better prices and still make a killing.

This is a true Family run Business with Dad doing the buying of the Fruit and Vegetables fresh from the market every day, the Boys work the shop ensuring that the bins are full and the fruit and veg is always unbruised after handling by customers so as to ensure first quality produce for all. Mum and Daughter run the Deli and dry goods side of the business with a fine array of sought after meats, cheeses, olives & Mediterranean fare such a depth in the selection of everything an-assortment of sauces and hard to get products. This is my local deli and it's so good they are local! If I am looking for gourmet treats to give as gifts, this is where I go : chocolate, nougat, chutney, jam, biscuits and sooooo much more. Great quality and always very well stocked. Staff are friendly too.

Great produce that’s always fresh and tasty. Products actually last a decent amount of time because of their quality. Friendly staff and a great store, have recommended many friends and family.

Great quality and produce range. You will be very unlikely to (unless desperate) buy “pretend & alleged” fresh produce from Coles/Woolies again after coming here. Harris Farm and Standard Market Company are the other go to options on Brisbane’s Northside.

What a great store. They sell deli products, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, drinks, herbs, and tinned food. Their prices are normally a bit more expensive, but I have found the quality of their fresh fruit and vegetables to very good.

Excellent produce with a wide variety of fruits and veg and a great selection of hams, olives and other delicacies in the deli! It's also very hard to walk past the amazing cheese's that are on display and not end up buying. Staff are friendly and service provided goes above and beyond. Filled with so many goodies you wouldn't normally find, it makes it very hard to resist.
I definitely recommend checking it out!

Super friendly staff and the produce is 1st class. Their stone fruit is just wonderful and is how I remember it was when I was a kid. Beautiful, fresh and tasty and sweet.They stock a great deli as well. I go out of my way to go to this shop.

The most beautiful fruit I had in many, many years...so eating more fruit than I have in many many years ...which has gotta be good for me! The white nectarines are exquisite! The deli food is high quality, very fresh and delicious! The staff are absolutely lovely! Thankyou Neighbour Market!

Great place, good selection of fruit and veg, the deli section and all the small goods that's what your after go there, go there now.

Pricier than the big chain but always have had great produce here, love the deli range here and the unique pantry items. Whenever we want to spoil friends for a lunch or dinner we buy our ingredients from here.

Great choice for fresh fruit and veg. It looks expensive, and certainly has some premium cheeses and deli choices but the general fruit and vegetable choice is varied and keenly priced.

Friendly staff, nice shop fitout and large fans at the entrance to keep the heat down top it off.

As a suggestion it would be good to cut down a little on the plastic but this is no worse than any other fruit shop.

Delicious plums!

Ok, I love plums in the summertime but the big grocery stores sell ones that are hard and flavourless. I bought a couple of red plums here and they were the best I’d tasted in years. Also bought some green grapes that were of excellent quality too. Will be back.

The BEST produce store on the Northside. The fruit and veg are always stocked (very beautifully at that, you’ll just stand there and stare at how pretty everything looks) and fresh. There’s an awesome selection of all other market needs such as seasonings, snacks, pasta etc.

Customer service is always great here. Staff really take the time to make sure you're happy with the products you're buying. There's a good range of Aussie products too.
