This agency has engaged Peter Bender, an failed commercial real estate agent who was sacked by the CBD Realty Bundaberg. What this guy did to one of my friends and me wouldn’t want to happen to you. Instead helping, this nonsense got more damages than good and is causing more harm to your business then you think. Besides he does not talk to you and gives no explanations. He’s been sacked each time for repeated failures. Don’t waste your money and time and look elsewhere for a competent and cooperative agent or this one will cause you damages of all kind. Beware!!!!!!!

They have lack of knowledge of RTA forms.( Removing name off lease due to protection order)due to this myself and children have been homeless while paying rent, and three years later still homeless
