The staff here are superb. They have previously gone above and beyond helping me solve an issue with an e-script caused by another chemist. Despite there usually being a line, they are always quick to move through the queue, and the drive-through is a blessing when your child needs panadol at 11pm and everywhere else is shut.

Quick service and a good range of stock. They also offer ADSS diabetes services and BP monitoring. The drive-through is great if you want zero contact or have kids/dogs in the car with you. Friendly, informative, and helpful staff and pharmacists.

As far as drive through chemists go, it sure did exactly live up to the expectation of being a drive through chemist. Wouldn’t take a date but certainly good for picking up prescriptions.

I'm actually really happy with the service I've received here a number of times now. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Approachable, and helpful with enquiries. More than willing to price match. I've decided to use them exclusively.

My purchases have always been efficient, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes all up, which is perfectly reasonable. Last time, I scanned my e-token script through the window, and received a text almost immediately with my remaining repeat scripts. The pharmacist checked to make sure I had received the text. Very simple and straight forward.

So grateful that we have this drive thru chemist in our area. So convenient and people serving are mostly pleasant and helpful.

Have been into this chemist several time in the last few weeks whilst caring for my unwell daughter.

The staff have been fantastic and caring (even while ive been trying to deal with an upset 3yr old). Daniel especially has gone above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and this will be my fisrt port of call into the future.

No matter how busy they are, the staff provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for every single person who visits the pharmacy. It's really convenient having the drive-thru option and the opening hours make life a lot easier!

Never had any issues. Yes they are busy sometimes but that's life. Having scripts kept on site and preordering means very little to zero wait times, in store and drive through. Great price matching, ask!

Great little Chemist..
The girls were very understanding and patient with when there was a mix up with a prescription I had emailed to them. (Not their fault) I was calling and going into them several times, and even though they were busy they were great.. I’d recommend them for sure. They also had heaps of sale items and the place was kept well and shelves were stocked..

11pm tonight I came in and in 7 minutes the chemist had filled my script and got 3 other items I needed. We thought that the price was good. Thank you for being available and so quick. 👍

Great place for late night meds

So lucky to have a drive though chemist, Adore that you could see I was in pain and sorted me out as soon as you could.. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

All Staff here are the definitive example of customer service they are excellent at their jobs they know what they are talking about and they genuinely care about the persons standing in front of them.
My family have been clients from their first day and have no intentions of moving anywhere else. Being able to have scripts stored securely on site is an added bonus sure saves loosing them as I have done in the past.
The pharmacy is in a prime location who wouldn't want to use it nothing is to hard for the staff there if they dont have what you need they get it usually over night.

So handy to be able to drive through and collect prescriptions when you've got little children. Plus this place is open until 12am.

Friendly staff and such a great convenience as they are open till midnight every night. They have a drive-thru which makes it so great on those cold rainy days.. you don't even have to get out of the car!

The weekday pharmacist is super helpful & friendly, as are most of the staff. This is now my regular chemist as I do require a lot of prescriptions for myself & caring for my disabled son & disabled mother. They quickly got to know all about us, our preferences & illnesses & have been so kind & helpful since day one.
Compared to other chemists in the area, your best bet is this one, highly recommend :-)

Absolutely amazing service!!! A chemist I went to previously, gave me someone else’s prescription. Went to Chempro Pacific Pines to have it filled, and didn’t realise until It came to paying. The Pharmacist called my dr and previous chemist to get it sorted for me!! Was Great service and drive through is so convenient when you have babies on board!! Also went here on Xmas day for my sick baby, they were so friendly, helpful but also professional!

Keep getting such amazing service here! Called up at 11pm tonight about an issue I was having and the pharmacist was more than happy to help me out, the staff there have always been helpful and it makes me keep coming back!!
