Highly recommended for Fuzhouer. If you like Min-style sweet and sour food, the restaurant will be the best choice. The must-order is Fired Pork Liver and Sour Combination Soup. 这是一个典型的福州菜餐馆，酸酸甜甜。 福州菜好不好，看南煎肝就知道。这店的这道菜有种梦回福州街边店的感觉，非常正宗。整体性价比很高，分量很足。需要等待15-20分钟，福州菜基本就是这样。

Good for sweet and sour taste lovers!
Two people, three dishes for $50, and we also take away the noodles, it is value and affordable! A little bit concerned after reading the bad reviews of service and waiting time. However, we finally decided to have a try! We are very satisfied with the food, and just waited for 5 mins for our fried noodles. Although the customer service may not be good, the taste deserved a five stars review. 正宗福州人点评：很不错，有家乡的味道，炒米粉分量足，15刀两个人都吃不完，杂烩汤必点！

Tastes ok but The hygiene is very poor.

My husband ordered the sour pork ribs based on the menu photo. However the dish came out with lots of potato in it (it looks like it’s just a potato dish instead of pork ribs dish) We have tried so many restaurant with this dish, never seen dish like that. Made complaint to the restaurant. I was told the photo on the menu is just for the reference. After I complaint, I eventually got refund. Other two dishes we ordered were not good at all. It was a very disappointing experience. We will never come back again for sure.

Taste ok. But take away service too slow. Order 2 dishes. Wait 40minutes still can't get my order. I will never come again.

首先，我很不建议大家来这家餐厅，因为他们的服务差到令人发指！之前给你们四星，今天来了一趟，发现给你一星都算高了，今天来改一下。因为你们根本不想做生意。我点了碗过桥米线，然后看了看菜单，你们竟然有炸海蛎子，菜单很有特色，可是当我要点的时候，那个服务员说要等三四十分钟，因为大家都在吃饭，不做生意为何要开门？后来又有一位女士进来要点一个海鲜面，你们又说要等一会，人家赶时间走了，有个男的竟然还顶了一句“去吃自助餐吧”，这种态度让我觉得你都不配做人！
你们的米线，里面只有一片火锅肉，一个丸子给我切了好几瓣，几粒玉米粒，午餐肉四小片，那个小鸡小腿应该是没有肉了或者是之前吃剩的随意给我丢进碗里的吧？
平时看你们客人不多，应该是来过得都不想再来了。
这年头做生意不容易，但你们不配得到任何人的同情。

Ｎｍ等了四十分钟就给我上了一份微波炉打的梅菜扣肉。我另外两道菜是厨子出去找食材了吗？差评！态度也像我欠她钱一样！

这次已经第二次了，点了餐等了四十分钟追问一下，才说剛下鍋，在店里面吃的只有两个人，另外有两个老人家在等外卖，氣到我要退钱，你们就好，在厨房里哈哈大笑，就不理下了单在等的我，真的不吐糟不行😡😡😡

點3道菜等半小時才上2道，生意普通的情形下，出菜如此之慢讓人堪憂
