Dragon Barbecue House

Was a bit put off by the negative reviews but seeing the shop in person it's way better presented than it seems. Look at these massive portion sizes. Super generous with the meat. Duck was crisp and succulent. Roast pork had really good crackling and soft meat inside. They know their stuff. The lady out the front had limited English but nothing you can't Google Translate or point and show your way through. Would have liked a few veggies on the plate like some places do but other than that can't fault it.

The roast pork was delicious and the bbq pork was absolutely amazing 🐖 🐷 I will definitely be eating my fingers when I order those spicy pig ears again. YUMM YUMM YUMM

Had the best roast duck here in Sydney. Very authentic traditional flavours, just like how it was back home. Honest big portions.

Big serving size

The doors are not automatic so a lot of flies get inside which is not nice. I respect the fact that every roast is different but most of the times the roast duck is just bland. On top of that the duck is usually COLD. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Environment is dirty.staff is okay.food is not good but not worst like 3/10.

Appalling customer service, misleading pricing and inconsistent quality of food.

Word of advice to the staff that Mandarin/Cantonese is spoken globally, switching one from the other won’t stop customers knowing your outwardly rude behaviour.

Worst place ever the prices outside are cheap which is misleading and false advertisement. When you explain this to the person at the counter there is no apology all you get is "you must pay price on board inside". What a joke!!! Oh yeah and how about smiling for a change.Its a crucial part of customer service.

The other reviews aren't wrong. BBQ pork was dry and too salty. Crackling pork had no crackle. Had a stomache ache within 1hr of eating there.
One of their walls was covered in flies.
There was a single plastic spoon on our table with no other cutlery. Spoon was not clean.

This is the worst service that I've ever experienced. Never recommend you to try for the following reasons.
First, not clean, including, food containers, furnitures and the restaurant's interior.
Second, their staff is not honest, the price shown on the price board is different from what they said.
Third, not good customer service. Last time they cancelled my online order and didn't give me any excuse, even I can accept the other foods if some food was gone.
Really disappointed. Never come back again

Ordered roast pork through menulog, but received only meat with no pork skin crackling part.

服務零分，心想點三份三拼飯，先跟他說第一份要什麼，等他處理好再點第二份，他直接給我三份做一樣，我說不要一樣的，他說😂你早說啊，大哥，你要問客人啊，這種態度怎麼能把生意做好？！以後都不來了。

真的搞不懂，已經不是常買，又是買的很少，你們不給客人挑選該貼個告示「不給選票」（Can’t choice)，而不是跟客戶說都是一樣的，眼睛能看的出，那是新鮮不新鮮的，還說你們中國人都是這樣的，要自己選，拿了下來最後說不要⋯⋯這是別人的事，跟我沒關係，難道你們不是中國人嗎？ 真的看不起中國人？ 再也不花錢在你的店了😡

点的烧鸭腿饭，服务态度极差，辣椒油拿了一勺拿出来的刚好是头发，还没吃就叫人恶心了，饭也是水水的不好吃，烧腊也不好吃，体验感极度的差，望朋友们好好睁大眼睛，想吐

味道不差勁，但衛生有待加強，現在疫情正嚴重，工作人員不戴口罩且在櫃檯點餐，邊切肉邊講話

点了你们家两次Spicy beef 两次都送错了 英文不好难道自家餐品的名字都不记的嘛 没有不好的意思 但送错的这个餐点真的吃不下
