Paradise resort has been absolutely amazing! While the kids played on the water park and in the pool we were able to relax read a book and drink a cocktail. The convenience of having the restaurant down stairs is a game changer! This kids smashed every meal and we could sip a cocktail while enjoying ours. The staff we’re amazing and friendly and we had daily house keeping. The beds were heaven to sleep on and each night we had an amazing sleep! Will be regulars here!

Javier and Rose were lovely hosts. Great personalities and were a hit with my kids. My children now want to learn French and Spanish. Loving our time here at paradise resort. Thanks Mick

My family and I really enjoyed the delicious, reasonably priced meals and beverages offered at the cafe and restaurant. The service was impeccable with a friendly smile and willingness to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A great selection of healthy choices which were very tasty made sure we were all catered for. Service outstanding with regard to children - food appeared in front of them amazingly quickly which avoided the usual bickering!

We stayed at the resort and had breakfast and dinners at Penguins restaurant. So convenient, great food and the most kid friendly place we have eaten at. All the staff were amazing, with special thanks to Carlos who went above and beyond for us. We enjoyed every meal and the kids played in the kids corner.

You can order breakfast from the menu from the pool bar. If you want to sit in the restaurant for breakfast you have to pay $20 for the continental buffet (cold). You can then still add things from the menu. If you sit in the restaurant they have a cute play corner for smaller kids. Food was good and wide range of choice so no reason to complain. I would just maybe have liked the syrup in the side for the pancakes and waffles as they were both very sweet and honestly very similar tasting

Food was TRASH. LEAVING AS 5 STAR REVIEW SO PEOPLE WILL READ THIS. got our drinks about 25 mins after food came out (after having to go up and ask where they were). ordered together and got everything separately by a long time. food was horrible. my veggies were just the ends of broccoli and some other offcuts. my partner got a main meal of pork belly and got 2 bites of soggy meat. both my partner and i got smoothies and it was not blended at all, i had to send it back to be blended again because i could pick out what fruit i just drank instead of tasting all the fruits together. after being blended again it still wasnt good. definitely just threw a handful of old frozen berries into a cup and called it a day. the lemonade and Pepsi didnt taste like lemonade or Pepsi. would definitely not recommend, huge waste of money. $36 for two bites and it was advertised as a main meal. the chicken snitzel was thin and tasted like oil as well as the gravy being gross so you cant overpower the chicken. and 5 star reviews must be bots because theres no way we ate at the same place.

Stayed at Paradise Resort for a recent holiday with 2 young kids on the Gold Coast. We enjoyed breakfast daily here, and dinner a couple of nights. The staff were super friendly and helpful! Was nice seeing the same familiar faces each day. Highly recommend for families and young kids, lots of entertainment (balloon animals, indoor playground) to keep the kiddies occupied and great variety for breakfast! Thank you! 😊

Very impressed with the quality and selection of the meals, the fast service and friendly staff. We are a family of two adults and two children from New Zealand and would definitely come back to this restaurant on our next trip. It is an all-round great place to dine, along with the whole resort. Designed with kids in mind ….and we all know when the kids are happy, so are the parents!

Me and my family had a great experience at penguins restaurant. The food was all amazing, couldn't fault anything. The customer service was better than we could've asked for. Laura was great from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Super happy and so friendly!!

Javier was an amazing host. It was my daughter's birthday and he went above what was expected to organise a surprise cake the celebrate her birthday with our family. It was a great surprise for her and amazing service from Javier. The food was also amazing. I would definitely be back here to eat again. Great service.

This is our first meal at Penguins and we were so well looked after. I didn’t really know what to expect in terms of the quality of the food but it was delicious. We had rib in bone steak and grilled lemongrass chicken and both were delicious. The kids had so much fun and were treated like wee princes by the staff. Was such a wonderful way to start out or holiday! Thank you Marcelo and crew!

Thank you to Michael and all the amazing team at Penguins. Outstanding service. A drink was spilt at our table the night we had dinner. We didn't make the team aware of the situation but they were straight onto it, cleaning up and replacing the food that was spoiled and the drink that was spilt with no question. Service was second to none and everyone was so kind, friendly and understanding.

We loved our stay at Paradise Resort and we are already planning our return. The amenities, friendly staff and the good and relaxing and fun vibes at the hotel made our stay perfect and memorable. The most amazing place for families to stay. Thank you to everybody!

Staff are great. Polite , helpful and always have a smile on their face. Keep up the good work. Food options are pretty good with enough variety to keep the family happy. This is a family restaurant, so expect crying babies and kids everywhere. Great value for money especially when staying at the hotel. Super convenient to be able to wander down to the restaurant after a long day and order a good meal.

A great experience! We loved getting to sit, eat and relax whilst our energetic toddler played in the play area. The food was tasty and service exceptional. Marcelo, one of the wait staff, was incredibly friendly, accomodating and an asset to your team :)

Big restaurant. No need to book (was a Wednesday night mind you) one of the hotel characters Cleo came out to say hello to kiddos which was nice. The kids area is too small...you need a couple of them in different corners of the place (since it's so massive) to avoid the kid drama suitations...and for the size of the family restaurant you think they would have a bigger or a few small ones because I know many other places have kid corners bigger. It had nice Toys but just too small and crammed in.
The staff are friendly and super helpful and super efficient. They really strive to do a great job to make it comfortable experience. They clean your tables asap check to see if they can help you getting anything and up for a chat as well. We really appreciated Marcelo and the girl who served us. food was super quick to come out....I was so impressed with that. And I ordered entrys and mains. Price was standard for any dining experience.

ALL the staff are just so friendly. They all make an extra effort to make you feel welcome. Each person that works here has been so helpful. Carol our waitress was so lovely and made us feel so comfortable.

Fantastic atmosphere, staff were so warming.Carol was such a beautiful lady who made sure my family were looked after..The food was served hot and all staff were very friendly..

My experience at Penguins restaurant has been amazing. You definitely get some of the regular Aussie breakfast amazing quality and taste.

There are few things that you might expect under complimentary breakfast but you have to pay a bit for it, however the restaurant staff can help you with that making in more relevant and reasonable for you.
In my case Jane helped me with the right choice covering varieties and it was amazing.
