Auburn Cut Price Varieties

Beware of this shop. I went to purchase an Extension lead cable. An old man walked me to the aisle. As cards are not accepted, I took the 5m cable and paid $10. Realising that it won't meet the distance of my appliance, I changed my mind and wanted to go for the 7m cable ($13). Having already paid $10, I wanted to pay $3, when I went to give the money, to my ultimate shock they had said that I did not pay anything at all. Shocking. I was received in broad daylight in seconds. The old lady stood on her foot that I hadn't paid any dollar. When I asked them to check the CCTV, the had said that it's not operational. Very dodgy Asian couple. Feeling so sorry for their naive but fraudulent activity. Ignore this shop.

Don’t even deserve a star!!!! Worst customer service. The old lady and his son are the worst, they are rude to their customers. I didn’t know they only take cash and no cards. I said I’ll come back tomorrow since I don’t carry cash and they simply said “don’t come back”. Also, I feel they are racist and biased to their own community. People like these don’t deserve to live in such a diverse country!!! Disgusting filthy cheapskates.

I bought something, but when I wanted to use, there weren't working. I turned to back, and I could say there is faulty you cheating me. There is man there, no smiling, no turn his face to you, no talking, only standing and looking angry, maybe there was really problem about your health. I couldn't say anything because they weren't understand, only said NO REFUND. I said but you selling FAULTY PRODUCT, they said NO REFUND, unbelievable terrible disgusting conversation.... I threw what I bought, and leave from there. I advise, do not pass even in front of this what it is!

Beware of the old lady there. She took money from me twice and then refused that I didn’t give her any money. I don’t visit this place anymore…..
