Found the wifes car had dropped a brake calliper bolt tried all the usual no help. Phoned these guys and found them more than interested and helpful. By the time I got there bolts were on the table ready to go. They even lent me a spanner to fit. Great service guys you will have some new customers now

Although they didn't have what I needed.
They get Top Marks for customer service, as they searched their network system and gave me the details for where I could get the item I needed.
It cost me nothing, but I'll recommend them for absolute best service.

I smashed the driver seat side mirror by accident and had to replace it.
Obviously I didn’t want to buy brand new side mirror for 2004 Toyota Corolla,
I found good reviews from Google and decided to visit them.

Marty was really helpful and I was expecting to get a different colour due to shortage of stock, however I ended up getting a same colour. I didn’t expect it and I’m really happy.

After breaking my passenger side mirror in the morning. I called around and no one had the part available so was doomed to paying over $700 to get it fixed by Toyota. Called Gold Coast Car Parts in a last ditched effort and they were very friendly on the phone and told me that they had the part available and would happily fit the part (and replace the colour backing to match my car) if I managed to get down mid morning or afternoon. They repaired my mirror for 1/3 of what I would've paid going through a dealer.

Fantastic service, and the total time from mirror breaking to being repaired was less than 2 hours. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you again!
