Airlines can muck around with flights and seats. Sharon has it sorted before I have even realized there was an issue. Sharon makes the booking processes stress free and is full of recommendations with her wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.

We often go on trips where we need to tailor flights to go to several different stops and Sharon can always either match or get us better prices than what we could find online. Additionally, Sharon has been a lifesaver on several occasions where weather/sickness has seen us stranded somewhere. She has handled everything from last minute hotel bookings to change of flights. Sharon was able to get us a great deal on a Japan Cruise that would of been way out of our budget if it wasn't for her searching for a good deal.
