Hing Chinese Restaurant

Wow, what an outstanding little treasure tucked away in a little alleyway, you will be blown way by the food at this family run business, we have been visiting this restaurant regularly for more than a decade. We could not recommend a better takeaway feed (unfortunately they no longer do dine in).

I love this place! The quality of the food is delicious, I've never once gotten a sub standard meal from here. It's a small business run by a husband and wife. The shop itself is small and once upon a time has table service (I think COVID stopped this), so it's takeaway only. However that reflects on the very reasonable pricing I'd expect. I tell all my friends and acquaintances that this is my go to Chinese!

Finally!! After long hunt, a good old-school Chinese takeaway restaurant just like they used to make them: low-priced hot fresh delicious food, exactly as you'd expect. We ordered sweet and sour pork, giant juicy chilli prawns and crispy fried duck with plum sauce - so tender and tasty, plus special fried rice on the side. Sweet staff serving. Will be back.

Very excited we found this place! Called the mobile phone for takeaway, 15 minutes, everything delicious! My very picky 12 year old liked all the dishes, and he is very hard to please! Will be recommending and definitely will be back

Just awesome food. Never disappointed, always impressed. New menu with rice/meat dishes for one are great. Lovely service too. Reasonable pricing.

Our local takeaway closed and after trying various places we went further afield to Hing Chinese. We ordered nine varied dishes and (five of us) could not fault any of them. We are so happy to have found this little gem. Definitely worth the extra miles, and plenty for vegetarians. Thank you.

Great price, great servings and absolutely delicious. The sweet and sour pork was a bit too sweet for our tastes, but everything else was the best Chinese we've had for a long time.

Wow. Wow. Completely enjoyed all three dishes. Hing jumped straight to the top of my list for Chinese on the Gold Coast. Legit the best I've eaten anywhere for a good number of years!

I just moved here and we were hoping to find a good Chinese takeaway place… this place was amazing their satay beef was delicious!! So happy we found our regular Chinese place first time

Great value for the price! Big takeaway boxes and two dishes for under $20 fed my partner and me up very well! We didn't have to wait to long. It is a small and hidden away restaurant but many times those are the best and so is this one! Def order there again and would recommend to anyone!

So Good ! After Prego cravings for Chinese, and with a nut allergy too, a friend recommended them as they're just down the road. She's been eating there for 11 years ! Tiny place but very well priced for takeaway, good servings , and delicious! Honey Prawns were just divine !

Absolutely delicious we had corn n crab soup, garlic prawns, satay beef, sweet n sour pork, crispy duckling with plum sauce, special fried rice and they gave us a bag of prawn crackers.
Will definitely be ordering again. 😆

This place has the most amazing food, and great prices. Never had a bad meal in the 5 years I have been going there, 1 or 2 times a week.
I promise it's worth your while.

Delicious sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice and fried dim sums .... it was our first time there but we will definitely be back. Authentic Chinese flavours.

Loved both the Salt and pepper prawns (really good size as well) nice light better perfectly cooked and excellent full flavour. Same goes for the combo chow mein. Excellent takeaway!

We ordered 5 dishes. They all came out at investing is unusual these days. All dishes were delicious. Generous servings and 5 of us ate for $76. Best Chinese I've had in years.

The restaurant is a bit hidden, and small when you walk in, but they make some of the best chinese takeaway I have ever had. My partner and I got the chickem chow mein, special fried rice, and singapore noodles. the portion of singapore noodles alone was big enough for two meals, tasted beautiful, and was only $13. All up we were extremely impressed and will definitely be going back again!

We sat down and had great service. Will be definitely bee coming back.... Read all the reviews and honestly best Chinese experience I've had...there are only three bad reviews and to be fair these people have probably never eat proper Chinese food cooked from scratch....the best was the caramel sauce onto of my fried ice cream beautiful!!!!!

Delicious. Fast. Servings Large for the price. Well done. Sweet and Sour Supreme chicken was tender and tasty. Will be back.
