My loan requirements changed mid-way through the application process and there were difficult time limits involved. Ray was positive throughout the whole procedure even though the Bank threw many late information requests during the process. I was happy with the recommendations Ray made and his continual chasing of the Bank for updates and approvals gave me confidence in the eventual outcome. The face-to-face meetings with both Ray and Narelle gave a personal touch to the process. No one could have worked harder on my behalf and Ray made me feel I was their most important client even though it wasn't a large loan.
