I have been here several times to register the car and get driver licence.
In the past has been really complicated and unpleasant staff. Driving from Byron had to go back to Byron because they needed 3 forms of identification (which I kind of had, but online and they need it fisically)…
This time instead, Larni one of the staff members, was super kind, fast, nice and efficient. Really highly recommend her.

Also got my drivers test and the instructor was super nice! I was so nervous and he made me feel calm very quickly!

I have been to the Ballina Service NSW many times to get JP copies of documents, Knowledge Test, HPT, driving test and other enquiries. The staff are always extremely kind, helpful and friendly. There is a concierge at the entry who guides you in the right direction and the wait time has always been quite short, usually under five minutes.

The best thing though are the amazing people running this place, they are doing an excellent job.

I just had reason to have a JP authorize documents I needed to send away to obtain my brother's death certificate.
Every person I came in contact with were professional, efficient and courteous.
Chauntelle who was the JP I dealt with, photocopied some of my documents and authorized them. Extremely pleasant, professional young woman.

First time experiencing government services and I'm really impressed. Might just be the office in Ballina only but they made all my various questions and all the processes easy and quick. Only in there for 50 minutes and I went home with the right forms and applications. Awesome that paperwork is somewhat fun.

Staff have always been helpful,happy and knowledgeable. They've helped with a variety of things from birth certificate issues and changing registration difficulties they have answered all queries efficiently and when they didn't know they found out for me. Much better staff than the older motor registry staff from previous location.

Went to resolve an issue with my license being rendered inactive by mistake.
A lovely lady by the name of Kirin at the Ballina branch resolved that issue professionally.
She went above and beyond it sorted it out quickly and diligently.

Had a such a great experience in the Service Centre.The lady(so bad I couldn’t remember her name)in the concierge is so patient and helpful answering all my questions and making sure I got everything ready to process the competency card application.And the excellent service provided by Stephen amazed me,when he talk to his customer it is like he is talking to his best friend,you can feel he is trying his best to save your time and give you the best service.

The staff is amazing! They are all very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They manage to make filling out paperwork fun.
