2nd time in and both times service has been amazing.

Staff member today approached us to offer assistance and was honest in his product advice, thanks to his personal experience with the issue our dog was dealing with.

Unfortunately they were out of stock of the recommended item, but it made our experience better because he knew it was the best product for us and didn't try to sell us something inferior instead

Staff so helpful with my dog and his needs and understanding as well with my son who was 3 and got him involved with helping pick food

So lovely and helpful. Always have the best range of stock and know for particular breeds… even helped me carry a big bag of food out to my car and said hi to my dog - very genuine staff.

Of all the retail outlets that I visit regularly this has never failed to be a delightful experience. No ask is too hard done with a smile and a hand with purchases to the car . An example for others to follow .

The staff , mostly girls are always friendly helpful, ready to guide you to a good range of products, they have have great product info . Checkout is quick and they will carry your purchase to your car. Always remember my pups name ❤

I attended puppy pre school recently and totally satisfied with Kim’s classes. Kim is a very knowledgeable instructor and quite pleasant. She show tremendous enthusiasm for her craft which made classes very interesting and value adding. Keep up the good work. Shelby loved her Wednesday night classes 🙏👏👏

Awesome store. So clean, neat and tidy. Lovely friendly staff. We & our puppy loved our visit there while we were on holidays. Couldn't have asked for a more lovely store that have everything perfect!!

I love pet stock ballina. The staff are always happy to help and located in Harvey Norman complex allows easy parking and I can combine multiple chores at the one place. They have quality dog supplies, toys and complete dry food in big bags for good prices. Everything u need is here.

My partner and I have lost everything, our house & all it's contents & both our cars in the recent storm event in Lismore. My 2 dogs spent hours with us on our roof waiting to be rescued. Staff are very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. Have returned again and again because of happy service! Clean store that also holds pet adoption days,puppy training and fun days. All of which we've attended and enjoyed. Very kid friendly . Ample parking at front door with accessible aisles for prams and wheelchairs.

Great food at a reasonable price and the staff are friendly and very efficient. We have been there twice now and whenever we go back to Ballina that's where we will go for lunch. Top place

Love this PETstock always stocked up, friendly staff with knowledgeable product unbias managers who are always welcoming to us and our pitbulls + we are members who spend close to $800 a month with each purchase returning a nice discount for the next purchase it's a win win..

Popped in to Petstock Ballina after taking on a rescue dog, who really needed a bath before sharing the car for six plus hours the next day. The staff are awesome they bent over backwards to help us and made a huge fuss over our new boy. The owners of this business should be extremely proud of all his girls and probably give them a raise.

Love the range for my cat. Wish they had more big bird/ cockatoo toys. The birds that need the most stimulation! The bird toys have really flimsy shackles.

They always price match without any issues. They also helped a friend fund-raiser for her service dog. Lovely staff.
