While I am the first to agree that all depends on your property manager (the person, not the company) our overall experience over the years with the rental team was and is excellent. Inspection days are easy and a pleasure to deal with. And if there is a problem with the house or payment system, they deal with it quickly and painlessly. One of the best management teams we had to deal with over the years.

Coronis Moreton Bay & Peninsula have been nothing but amazing. We have been Tenants through them for the last 3 years. Through this time property managers have been consistent and exceptional for communication. When the property we are in was up for sale last year it was the best experience we have ever had (has happened before under a different real estate) it was handled so well with open and clear information- the property was sold through coronis and the selling agent was also amazing to deal with for both the owner and Tenants.

We are still with Coronis as our Property Managers and I still feel the same way about these guys, they are a cut above the rest providing amazing service, updates on legislation changes, current market trends and of course detailed reports on my property. Would recommend them to anyone who may be looking at becoming a investor or for purchasing or selling a property.
