Oaks Brisbane Casino Tower Suites

After experiencing 2 bump offs from 2 oaks
Hotels we were lucky enough to get in a 2 bedroom apartment at Oaks Casino with a beautiful view overlooking the river & the Ferris wheel, management and reception staff were very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My kids loved the pool, the room was spacious & clean, the beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, we’ll be staying here again!

We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, it was huge!! Very clean with an amazing river view! Welcoming, friendly staff and a great location for all things Southbank and Cultural centre! We had a lovely weekend!!

Travelled here as a family. Beautiful view off the balcony on the 27th floor room facing the river bank. Great service and allow early check in and late check out. The apartment is immaculate and clean. Just right off the shopping district and halal indonesian restaurant.

Great family getaway in a two bedroom apartment. Self contained with full sized kitchen, everything you need inc. washing machine.

Brilliant location, close to shops, queen street and restaurants/dining.

Staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much to ask.

Loved our staycation. Staff was friendly and location of hotel was amazing with walking distance to the beautiful Southbank and Botanic Gardens. Room was clean and spacious with nice views!

Serviced apartments (RM 1706) with separate well equipped kitchen & laundry facilities, sitting/TV area, dining table separate bedroom. Quiet although occasional noise from above & corridor, but not intrusive.

Great location at river end of CBD 10-15min easy walk to South Bank Convention Centre etc. Taxi rank 150m N & Central bus & train not far either. Queens St Mall close.

From check in to departure the staff were very helpful.
Spacious room, clean and handy to Queen Street Mall.

We stayed there for 2 nights in 2 BR river view. Great location. Apartment is clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool is excellent. Overall pleasant stay and happy to come back in the future. Internet connection is good but limited to 4 devices at once. The only thing I would like to see is upgrading the furniture as some of them are quite worn out.

Absolutely beautiful place and location was perfect. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and it was so spacious. It had a corner balcony which we enjoyed sitting on to eat a meal and have a couple of quiet drinks. Used the pool and spa a couple of times in our short visit. There is an abundance of places to eat around the area- we did a lap of the block and easily found something for dinner. There is a shopping centre about a 5-10 minute walk away which has a large food court plus more food options on the outside.

I love this place, 2nd time staying there, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms are amazing and clean, so accessible to everywhere.

Beautiful apartment great location and very clean gorgeous views

Our Airbnb fell through and we needed emergency accommodation asap. Rebecca was so lovely and attentive, getting us in and comfortable quickly as we were traveling with two young children. She even got us an upgrade which made our stay all the more fantastic. The view from the balcony is awesome. The room was spacious and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place to stay! Location is 10 out of 10 and then topped with lovely very large balcony with uninterrupted views of river and South Bank! Staff were all very accommodating and helpful - this will be only place I stay at in Brisbane from now on! Thanks Ezra and crew 😊

I recently stayed at Casino Towers for work. Lulu was on reception for the two day stay and ensured everything was perfect. The room was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, parking was easy access to the lifts and a luggage trolley to us to use. Location is fantastic, close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were amazing and very helpful.

So very close to everything Brisbane CBD has to offer yet still being a sanctuary where you can relax.

We booked online which was easy BUT I didn't know about having to prebook parking. Ended up parking around the corner $80+ per night.
We're on the 31st floor side view facing west.
The hotel is kinda old but very nice. Our room has a bathroom/laundry, kitchen, lounge dining and seperate bedroom.
It's brilliant to have a balcony. The view at night is spectacular!

Wow amazing hotel, very close to Queen Street. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room with amazing views over the river.
Could not have asked for better service, Nathaniel (front desk) went above and beyond to help us out. Breakfast next door to the hotel very deli and cost very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visited a friend there who is renting an apartment long term and I am very impressed with what you get for the price of 490 a week which has all bills included, fully furnished, gym access, swimming pool, sauna, secure parking, amazing views from the balcony and a friendly 24 hour concierge right in the heart of Brisbane CBD. What more would you want? I'm definitely considering moving here
