Easy to order from website, very good communication, and quick to deliver. Items (solar cover and Roller) easy to install and fitted well.

Can’t really complain. Product appears to be well built and good quality. Only time will tell.

Instructions relatively straight forward only if you google the videos. Ignore the paper instructions.

We ordered the SQ roller as we wanted a low profile. I think it would have been better if the turning handles were made out of aluminium instead of plastic. They feel slightly cheap and can imagine the sun doing some damage to plastic rollers.

Whilst the ordering process was quick and simple, I think daisy need to look at ways in which they can improve their customers shopping experience. In this day and age, technology is available which allows business to keep customers up to date with every step of the order. Once you put your order in, you don’t hear anything until the product arrives at your door. A simple sms update on delivery would be good.

I too wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased one of their pool blankets which needed to be cut to fit my pool which was not a drama but after 2 years it has split where cut around the pool plus the heat seal down the middle has split, apparently this is not covered by warranty. If they won’t cover the warranty for this they should not recommend them for odd shaped pools. I don’t know what is covered by warranty with this company. I’m pretty sure when it splits down the heat seal it would come under faulty workmanship but apparently to them it’s not. My previous pool blanket was from Aldi at a fraction of the price and last way longer. Really poor service from Daisy will never recommend this company to anyone. By the way they don’t reply to emails either.

Our old pool cover is better than this one, apparently we have to cut the cover to size, has no eyelets or strings so not sure how we are expected to attach it to our roller - no instructions or parts included. We just paid a huge amount for a large piece of plastic.

I bought a cover from daisy pool covers and I ordered it pre cut and they cut it well under size and have failed to replace it. I have contacted them but their response was they are known to shrink well if they knew it they could have shared the information in there own booklet. Now I have leaves constantly filling the bottom of my pool and have paid a huge sum for a terrible product.

I wish I'd read Google reviews before we decided to purchase a Daisy Pool Blanket. Despite friends and family recommending much cheaper pool blankets that last many many years, we were sold on the 10 year warranty and chose to pay alot more for a Daisy blanket based on this "piece of mind"

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FALSE AND MISLEADING MARKETING!

Our blanket started splitting at the seams after less than 2 years. Incredibly poor workmanship/materials to only last this long based on the excessive price! We chose not to pursue a warranty claim at this stage as it didn't really effect the capabilities of the blanket. 3 years later, our pool cover is basically in 3 peices due to all the seams falling apart!

I called Daisy pools to report a warranty claim and was told someone will contact me back. 2 weeks later, no phone call back, I rang them again and was told once again that someone will call me back. Another week later, still no phone call, I wrote a strongly worded email upset at the serious lack of customer concern. I recieved an email the next day asking for photos etc to which i promptly replied with all necessary evidence. I recieved another email saying that my "Pro Rata Warranty" has been approved and I will need to pay $350 plus postage for a replacement cover!!!! This is still 3 times more expensive than other brands on the market and those ones will come with a full replacement warranty. Not this Pro Rata bulls**t warranty. It's a gimmick, it's misleading and it's not worth the paper it's written on! I have not recieved any further support on this matter when I questioned the amount to be paid.

Steer clear of Daisy Pool blankets. Their product is way over priced, it falls apart from poor materials and manufacturing, they have a disgusting warranty process and their customer service is basically non existant!

My advice? Like 4 of my friends and family, buy a cheaper product with a full replacement warranty and you will likely not even use the warranty because they last alot longer than this rubbish product!

Think twice before purchasing the pool cover from this manufacturer, I wish I only had seen the common prior purchase from Daisy. I got my "Daisy 525 micron Ultradome TITANIUM BLUE Pool Blanket 8 yrs wty" about 3 years ago for $500ish, only recently I noticed some of the bubbles become brittle and start to deteriorate.Daisy pool replied that the cover has suffered significant "sun damage" and refuse to replace it under warranty, the replacement discount offer I have got was $422.94 for the new cover with additional rollup cover $65.20 as they deemed the warranty expired when I didn't use a rollup cover to cover up the pool cover when it was in the rolled up position and has exposed to sun for few afternoon when the pool is in use during season and hence it has damaged the cover in that short amount of time.
I had a similar experience with my previous bobble cover and it deteriorated the same way just over a year, but it was an unknown brand and it didn't get replaced as the reason is PH level is not regularly checked during winter when it was covering the pool and I admitted was my own doing and hence I went with a known brand cover and always has my PH checked since, at first I thought the product Daisy provided would be differ, however I was wrong about this.
The Main point is the warranty provided doesn't mean anything as the manufactory will keep finding excuses not to replace it when something goes wrong, even for a well known product.
To whom has already purchased the cover, just a reminder that your pool cover warranty expired when you didn't cover it up when it is in the rollup position, even just for a few afternoons. Hope my expensive experience will help others in finding better cover for all the pool owners.

This is now my 2nd attempt at getting a working daisy under roller system installed at my place. There has been no progress on my order (through a certified pool installer) and when I contacted Daisy, they could not track my order, I have since contacted my installer who has confirmed that the order is with Daisy and that the latest update is that they are waiting on "parts". What was supposed to have been installed this week is now pushed out to January. Customer service is absolutely shocking. Overall very bad experience with Daisy and I have this on both occasions.

3-months since placing our order and still waiting for the delivery of the A75 Daisy pool cover roller - and we are only one hour from their distribution centre! All promise, no delivery.

I would never buy a pool cover from these guys again. Its hard to believe they have the biggest name in the pool cover business especially considering their abysmal customer service and inability to provide consistent or coherent advice. The website is very poorly put together and is essentially unhelpful. I would avoid these guys and pay a bit more with Remco. I think they've just got too comfortable and their days at the top are numbered.

I also wish I had read the reviews before employing Daisy Pool Cover services. It was not a positive experience at all.
