After a recent stint of 4 years working on my feet and carrying some old injuries - my body was pretty sore. Im sure we have all felt like work and life and old injuries are making us sore, or uncomfotable in some way. I never thought a Chiropractor would be able to help me so much in such a short amount of time. At 47 years of age and carrying more than a few injuries, including back pain - I was actually amazed after one visit - it wasnt painful at all, in fact it made me laugh (for joy) it felt so good. My muscles were a bit sore afterward because i was so out of alignment that putting it right was a bit of a shock to the body. The second visit made me feel about 10 years younger! I could not believe it. I could feel my left foot again after years of sciatica. Still the best was the third visit. Paul relieved a spot that had been bothering me for years, and another up in the neck where it meets the base of the skull. Have you ever had a tension headache? this spot in the neck where the head sits on the spine was the root of all those! I feel so relieved every time i visit its become the one thing that i look forward to every week because the results seem to be getting better every visit and ive only been 3 times!

My son who was diagnosed with Scoliosis at 6 had never been to a chiropractor, we took him to Paul and he was always happy to go and never was nervous. Paul made his experience fun.

I have a chronic disease, which limits my movement, and I take about 13 plus tablets a day, and injections every week! I have never been to a chiropractor before in the 15 plus years of having this disease, and I was so tense and sore! He really helped loosen my neck and upper body, it was fantastic! I physically have more movement in my upper torso it was incredible! Now back for my second adjustment a fortnight later on a care plan! thank you so much team, absolutely worth it and so friendly! James rocks!

I don’t trust many people with adjustments but James came highly recommended and have had no problems. I have monthly adjustments and together we are keeping my neck and back aligned.

What an amazing team! Dr Paul was a massive help during my pregnancy and relieved my sciatica pain when nothing else worked. He also followed up by helping our baby with post C-section adjustments, which really helped with his sleep.
More recently, Paul has helped me with severe migraines and I haven't had them since!

Being the typical boofhead bloke who doesn’t need fixing I eventually got in so much pain that I had no choice but to see someone. I went and saw James with little expectation, well was I wrong I have now been seeing James regularly for about 8months (which is my doing)as I haven’t felt this good since I was a teenager. I cannot recommend James and Banora Chiropractic high enough as they truely have made my life a lot more comfortable. 5👍 All the way.

I go to Paul weekly and I can’t recommend him enough. He helps with not only work related stress on my back but also injuries sustained playing sport. I also take our two children who benefit greatly from regular visits. Paul’s gentle approach keeps the boys at ease every time.
