Crunch Fitness Caringbah Gym

This 2 level gym is a highlight. Its nice to go to a gym with lots of natural light and friendly people! ITs great to try both studio classes and the workouts on the turf! Always great learning from their coaches!

Great gym with great people. Ange at front desk especially, always smiling and greeting customers. Great pricing too!

The gym can get insanely busy at certain times but that can be said with any gym.

For the price it's great, only downside is that it isn't 24/7

Amazing gym. Very close to Caringbah and Miranda station, and has very good machines as well as coaches, and a good society. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff. A lot of weights to use and machines. Fitness classes are available for all abilities. Good parking facilities. Need to improve male change rooms, more seats or benches to sit on.

I have personally found Crunch Fitness Caringbah to be one of the most chilled-out and friendly places to work out. I pay for a gym membership, not attitude and self-absorption on part of the gym-goers and especially the staff. With other more well-known gym chains, this is exactly what I got hence me never staying beyond the trial period.

Their energy, enthusiasm and general easy-going attitude sells rather than a hard sales push. The staff are always friendly and always willing to have a chat and help out. The staff give me another incentive to come in and work out. I only wish the long blond-haired one with the nice arms would be there more often when I'm there :-)

I've been a member for years. I love the classes, trainers and all facilities.
I'm recovering from knee surgery so I'm only using the equipment.

Staff & management very welcoming and helpful. The gym is clean and has all the equipment you need. Also it has an impressive two story floor space so that it's doesn't feel crowded when getting your workout in. Imo it's great value for money. Couldn't be happier!

Such amazing staff with great facilities! The classes and instructors cater to all fitness levels. The peak membership let’s me bring a friend along with me to train which makes training even more fun! Special shout out to Monique at the front desk 💪

Crunch is the best gym I’ve been a member of so far. They have a jam packed class schedule and I try something different out almost every night. I’ve never felt so committed to a gym before and I’m
seeing massive results. I go to Alexandria and Caringbah and they both have a fresh, young vibe about it. Love!!!

Crunch Fitness Caringbah is a great place to train. The two levels of machines and equipment make me feel spoilt for choice and its a place where you will find a whole cross section of the community coming together to train. The staff are welcoming and friendly and I'd like to thank Matt in particular for ensuring maximum usage of my favourite machines (the power mills) during these challenging social distancing times. I really appreciate it!
