Very friendly staff excellent customer service value for money range of glasses. Everyone was very helpful and courteous and informative caring and knowledgeable. Salima was so helpful with helping me choose glasses and great customer service with my husband . Recommend this store with no hesitation

Phoned From the UK to arrange replacement glasses for the old man in Sydney, Christina helped find frames fitting and style based of his old order as they are now obsolete frames. Amazing customer service quick and efficient

I was very impressed by Stanhope Specsavers. Very professional and all the staff were so friendly. I wanted a second opinion on my sight and came away very satisfied. Also did the hearing test which was so much better than sitting in a little box! I would recommend all the time.

Very happy with both my glasses I ordered. Very friendly staff and team. Didn’t make me uncomfortable at all with my younger children being a bit noisy.
Special mention to Jacinta who was very nice and respectful when ordering my glasses and great with phone communication too.

I can highly recommend the audiologist Zaraf at Stanhope Gardens. My hearing assessment was excellent. My concerns were listened to and results explained in terms I could understand.

She did not give up till issue with glasses got sorted.
I am really impressed with her dedication.
She should be proud of herself. Management at specsavers should praise her hard work and great customer service.

I came to this Specsavers all the way from the Central Coast as I heard they were very good. I was not disappointed.
The staff were prompt in their service and very professional. A lady called Jacinta helped me pick my glasses and she gave me honest advice and was very helpful throughout the whole processes.
I wouldn't go anywhere else to get glasses!

Couldn't recommend them enough. I dealt with Tarra and Christie who explained every process to me throughout the consultation and stuck with me while i selected glasses. Would give them both 7 stars if i could. Highly recommend
