I would like to say a big shout out the magician Carlos our building supervisor! he pulled a hat trick by getting our house completed prior to the year ending. If this man wasn't our building supervisor i would NOT recommend eagle homes. Dealing with all the uncertainties with materials, COVID, weather. This man continued to persevere into completing our home. I was really starting to doubt choosing eagle homes, as dealing with the head office , always left a bad taste in our mouths.

But i cannot praise this man enough. He was, to me, the only reliable one in their organisation. He did not give me empty promises, he kept it real and 100%. He continued to thoroughly explain to us the process, and kept us in the loop on why things are the way they are. If you decide to build with eagle homes, if you can, ask for Carlos. He will go above and beyond for you, and treat your home like he is building his own house. His attention to detail, and standard of quality to build you your home, is second to none. Without this man, i promise you, my review would be a lot different. Thank you again Carlos, you were a blessing in disguise!

I have been with Eagle homes for 1 year and have a really great service with the home development and the teams, for most especially when I wanted to have a maintenance service with them even if its a crack or an issue. fantastic eagle builders are on time for to rectify an issue. The owner of the company still gets excited with all of the company 's creation and likes to pay attention to the work they are doing. I built with Eagle homes around 3 years ago for a very cheap price, (one story) 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage at 400k. Our house today is worth more than a million, we have had no troubles with the house itself (which was built in a speedy time of 4 months) and no issues with the company. If you want a cheap yet trendy modern house, eagle homes it the way to go.

We started to build our house in Austral with Eaglehomes early this year and it has just been completed. We are very happy with the construction work from Eaglehomes and especially Carlos who is our site supervisor. He really cares and is passionate about house building and not only that, he is a professional, approachable and very nice guy and gave me good recommendations and suggestions about building and related things to my newly built house. All our opinions and queries are taken care of and dealt with appropriately so we are totally satisfied when we move in. Thank you Carlos and Eaglehomes!

First time we built our house after previously buying a display home. We chose Eagle Homes initially from the friendly staff at Austral and then the good value for a double storey house.

As the home was built, Carlos, our Site Manager, was excellent, a top notch service overall. Carlos always kept us informed of progress throughout the build, noting that times were tough during Covid lock downs and additionally supply shortages from the Ukraine war. Nevertheless, the house was finished in a timely manner and on budget.

Post handover support has also been excellent, any issues we found were responded to and fixed in a timely manner, but we should add, Carlos really went above and beyond what we expected post handover, rolling up his sleeves on various occasions to help where he could.

If we were to build again, possibly in 5 years time, we'll likely choose Eagle Homes and needless to say, request Carlos again if he's available.

Eagle Homes have been really helpful throughout the whole process. I haven't started building yet but in 2020 I lost my wife of 30 years in the middle of building our dream home. The pricing for building products sky rocketted. Fast forward 2022 I receive a call from the General Manager not knowing my situation at the time says to me that they wouldn't be passing on the increases (and they were significant) What that meant for me was financial burden lifted. I know that Eagle Homes can't do this everyone that signs a contract with them but it shows that not ALL builders are out to extract every dollar from their customers. Good on you Eagle Homes. I would like to sincerely thank the team at Eagle Homes for building our home, especially Jessica Baylor and Marc Hearne.
Agreed the home was delayed, but it was due a combination of Covid related, Global material shortage related and weather related issues, over which no one had any control.
Even during adverse times like these, Eagle homes persisted and delivered the house to the promised quality and budget.
Would certainly recommend Eagle Homes to anyone looking to build.

Well, finally got the house keys a few weeks back and can't thank Eagle Homes enough for getting the job done in these difficult times where the cost of raw material has soared and pandemic has shaken the industry. It took them pretty much a year to build. Could they have done the job quicker? "Yes". Did they have their reasons? "Yes". Extremely happy with the job done by Carlos, the builder. The walkthroughs were smooth and all our questions were answered patiently and in detail by Carlos. A thorough professional and master of his trade, I'll give 10outta 10 to him. Highly recommended.
Jessica in the office is always prompt and courteous to answer emails.

To conclude, their handover process isn't good as they don't install dishwasher and gas plus no air conditioning and hot water while handing over the keys. So, the first week or so is pretty uncomfortable, specially when you have kids.

A few things still need fixing and I hope Calros will get the job done asap.

Michael was amazing with all documents to LCC and prompt with e-mail advising what’s going with council requirements. Very professional and truly knows how to get things moving rapidly. All extra cost and changes to house dimension was very well explained and within time frame. This guy was… whoa … speedy with all e-mail and documents on time.

Finally, I need to mention the man who is the hero of my build, Carlos 😊. OMG, what should I say, this guys is worth catching if you are building your new house. Professional, excellent time management and great sense of humour. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Hey Carlos, you on my radar, will surely catch you for my future build- NO escape man.

I have been dealing with Eagle Homes for some time now. They are very professional in their work, their service is excellent, their communication is fantastic and the quality of their work is A1. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. Paul and Sandra are absolutely fantastic to deal with and great communicators. If you are looking to build an investment property or your home, don't go past Eagle Homes.

For all those individuals who'd like to build with Eagle Homes, go for it!! My cousin and I both purchased a block of land at Oran Park, one behind the other. We visited all the major builders, no of them had the layout we wanted. Both blocks of land that we purchased were a 12.5 wide by a 35 metre long block. For a house that would fit on a 12.5 wide block of land, all the other major builders would build us a single storey house with bedroom 1 at entry and only 20 metres in length which we did not want. We wanted a house with an open space living room within the entry of the house and at least 26 squares on our block of land. Fortunately, Eagle Homes were the only builder that had this design. So we chose the LORIKEET DESIGN which Eagle Homes has a display at The Hermitage. This Lorikeet we chose is a 26 square house 10 metres wide by 24 metres long, that fitted on our 12.5 wide block of land and still had a 8 metre backyard! No other major builder has a 26 square house that would fit on a 12.5 wide block of land.

SALESPERSON:
Gerardo our salesman from Eagle Homes, no matter how much I write highly about this man, no words can ever describe his professionalism, commitment and wonderful service towards us his clients. Every time my family and I would come by and visit, he would welcome us with open arms, a cuddle and a kiss. Because it took 18 months for our land to register, I had a lot of time to do my homework. I sat down with our salesman Gerardo and brought up the reviews here on product review, and he went in detail, one by one and showed and explained every situation which only built my trust in building with Eagle Homes. He provided me with address's of houses that were going through construction and also address's of houses that were completed if I needed to knock on doors and ask actual customers for feedback. I ended up knocking on 15 newly built Eagle Homes houses. All their feedback were positive. Their only advise was to try to be prepared as I possibly can during plans process and I would be right. The information the salesman provided to me was all before paying my initial deposit. After paying my initial deposit, until now I have over 200 emails I have sent to our salesman asking him question after question after question. Not one time did he let me down. He always replied to every single email and I have kept them all for reference. Every time I have called our salesman, he has always had the time to talk on the phone, including his days off! To one stage I started getting so embarrassed about asking, calling and bothering this man; I started sending him Pizza deliveries for his lunch. Gerardo I salute you, thank you so much I truly honour you!

OWNER OF EAGLE HOMES & HIS SONS:
This is what happens when you deal with a family owned company. Because towards the end of our construction, we were treated as their own family and here is why. About 3 weeks prior to our handover, our rental agreement expired; we were asked to leave the premises because we refused to re-sign a new 6 month contract. We had no choice but to move to a hotel until our house was complete.

The next morning which was my day off I went for a drive to Oran Park and drove passed our house. Who do I see outside my house? The owner of EAGLE HOMES, P was on his phone walking around my house as if it was his own son’s house he wanted finished off! The next week our house was chaotic with tradesmen all over the place. I wanted to thank one of the owner’s son. P did the unthinkable. Till this day I thank him wholeheartedly. He added a few upgrades to our house without us knowing and as a gift. They were their most expensive upgraded toilets and since we had three toilets, all of them were upgraded. A $650 door handle for our main entry door. An upgraded stained door for our laundry! THANK YOU P!!! We are so happy my husband and I made the right choice with building with Eagle Homes.
