Priceline Pharmacy Sunbury Square

Great pharmacists and products. I had a great experience on Saturday by checking for a product availability by giving them a call, a wonderful man there named 'Con' answered me and checked for me for availability in stock and I rocked up to there and then he went above and beyond where he organized a doctor for a family member. Great service is provided at Priceline Sunbury thanks to the great pharmacists and management there, and Con who is an absolute legend, great person that cares. If you are looking for a great pharmaceutical, this one is great if you need a product which may have run out somewhere else, and/or you require to see if they have a doctor available.

Absolutely love this Pharmacy, l used to purchase from another Pharmacy, but having given Priceline a go, l will stay with them. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly, prices are great.

I was more than a little disappointed with the service I received at Priceline Sunbury today.
I am currently experiencing a flare up of a chronic skin condition.
I have been to my GP, and were given a script for medication.
When I went to collect the medication from Priceline, I was asked - in a very loud voice- by the young lady behind the counter, as to what the skin condition was, what locations on my skin were affected, and the severity of the disease. The whole shop could hear the conversation. So very , very embarrassing.

The staff are usually friendly at this store, but today my cashier just wasn't the nice, she charged me extra for something that was on sale and when i told her she just kind of rudly checked. She wasn't very friendly and when i said have a good day she didn't say anything or even smile.

I’ve been to this Priceline twice in the last week since moving to the area and for some bizarre reason, the younger female working on the till has been beyond rude both times. I do not understand her attitude towards me, when I was polite both times. I’m sorry she’s so miserable to be at work, perhaps a customer facing job isn’t for her!

The pharmacist was also useless. He said the drug on my script has been discontinued in the specified concentration and told me to go back to my dermatologist to get another script. I’ve called other pharmacists who’ve advised the product can still be easily compounded into the required % for around $50, which is obviously far cheaper than a visit to a dermatologist for a new script. The best part is, I was advised by other chemists that Priceline Sunbury is able to do compounding (via their Gisborne store)! Why was this not offered to me?
