Building a two storey addition to a 1960’s house in a BAL FZ (flame zone) comes with challenges, and to meet DA requirements additional regulatory requirements. Daniel, Jamie and the team helped turn this 2 year journey into a reality. From excavation, waste removal, negotiating deliveries down a steep narrow drive, all obstacles were resolved. As with any build there is always the odd tweak and fix to the architect's plans along the way, which they did and made it a better more livable building. With any builder you rely on the trades to be lined up and ready to go, without delay. There wasn’t a day when there wasn’t someone on site. We have taken residence in the in the ‘west wing’ and loving it.

Daniel and Immaculate Homes worked with us to completely transform a part of our home. This renovation has created an amazing family space. Daniel’s knowledge of the trade and the entire team’s skill and work ethics made the whole journey uncomplicated and very comfortable.
Jamie was a wonderful coordinator and supervisor, dependable and confidence-inspiring, and the skilful trades team did a great job, always on time and polite. The people in the office also did a wonderful job of procuring all materials needed for the job well in advance.

We engaged Daniel, Jamie and the team to repair some long-standing unresolved issues from a previous builder, which included a water leak. We took the opportunity to undertake some aesthetic upgrades at the same time and are delighted with the outcome. When we build or renovate in the future we’ll be engaging Immaculate Homes.

Being a semi-detached Federation, it was a pretty complex build. The design has made excellent use of the land and the finish is stunning. We’ve been in the house for about a week now and can’t get over what a beautiful home has been created. Daniel and Jamie and the rest of the team made this process easy. Working with Immaculate Homes was a great experience with a great outcome on our major renovation. The excellent customer service, project management and attention to detail were all constants throughout the life of the project.

Immaculate were tasked with some real challenges from council, flame zone requirements, site access, weather and some tricky architectural design features but they delivered on time, on budget and gave us an end product we could of only hoped for at the start of the project.
