Great service from RamCity. Ordered over the Easter weekend after reading all the Google reviews - received shipping notification Wednesday morning, and package arrived that afternoon (in Perth!). Must have literally picked it straight onto the belt onto the plane! My order was placed online - I was after RAM for my new iMac. The site was very easy to navigate and find exactly what I wanted. Installation was simple, no further issues. I would definitely order from RamCity again.

Awesome customer service! Placed my first order with them today. They were concerned I may have ordered the wrong RAM (which I had!) so they called within 5 minutes of my placing the order to ensure I got the correct product. Can't ask for better than that!

I've bought ram and a replacement battery for my macs from these guys. Since buying upgrades or parts for macs is mostly a mystery as opposed to PC, the ability to select your exact mac model and only see compatible parts is the reason i bought from them. Trying to work out compatible ram models for macs on other sites is impossible. Both times I bought these items, i also bought an SSD elsewhere, i would've liked to combine shipping and buy it all at RamCity, but their SSD prices are not competitive with other online tech retailers which is a shame. When i bought the battery i ordered at 2pm on thursday and received a dispatch notice that night and was delivered on Friday lunchtime. I selected express shipping with insurance but it was still much faster than i expected. I will continue to buy mac stuff from them and they have great customer service but for my PC their prices aren't as competitive.

Ordered before 12pm ready for pick up within 3 hours! Great service and all the info I needed to perform the upgrade to my iMac was on their website. Will definitely use these guys again.

I have purchased a few things from them, Today I ordered a HDD it was DOA, not their fault it happens, the support I got with ramcity when I messaged them was amazing, they put in an RMA and sent me off to get a new drive straight away. I want to thank Frank the person I talked to on the webchat and on the phone saying just pop in, quote the RMA number and you will be off with a new drive, I will be buying my drives from here from now on.

First contact was with Jeff, regarding 2008 Macbook screen locking up when the trackpad was touched. His advice was "is the battery swelling and lifting up, in effect locking the mouse pad on" Sure was !! So I removed the battery and just operate from the mains. All good. He then outlined the various memory and hard drive upgrades that applied in my case. No pressure, just information. Thanks Jeff.
Second contact with RamCity, was with Mark to order 4GB memory. Ordered at 11.00am Perth time on a Thursday. Thought it might be next Monday or Tuesday at the latest for Delivery. Nope,faster than a speeding bullet, Friday it arrived.

Recently I purchased from you a 1G RAM card for our little Lenovo laptop. We had it in about 4 days. Not bad, considering Port Macquarie is a bit "off the beaten track"!
Installation was easy with just a #1 Phillips screwdriver and now this little beast is a lot faster!

I'm a first time customer, and I'll definitely be shopping here again. I ordered two sticks of ram, and unfortunately one of them had issues. The staff at RamCity were very accommodating with having a replacement sent out, and my computer now works perfectly. Good prices, great customer service, all-round pleasant experience.

16GB RAM Upgrade arrived very fast, perfectly packed and exactly as described.
Installation was a breeze and happy days for an otherwise useless 4GB factory level RAM on HP Laptop!!

I visited the RamCity website and ordered some RAM for my laptop, also providing the laptop's make and model number. Soon after, I received a phone call from Rod Bland telling me that I had ordered the wrong RAM and asking whether I would like him to change my order. I readily agreed; the correct RAM turned up two days later and it plugged straight in and works perfectly. What a good experience this was! I'd always use RamCity in future.

I'm a first time customer of RamCity but I can say that really impressed with its product and customer service. I bought a USB-SATAII cable. Was happy after all with the shipping fee because I received my item the next business day.

Will happily do business with RamCity again for all my Apple's future requirements.
