Very professional response to my access problem. The scaffold crew turned up on time wearing uniforms, were polite and very efficient at installing the scaffold. The scaffold solution they provided me was fantastic. I have used Instant Access in my job as an Engineer and also for my home renovation work. Would highly recommend this company.

Overall a very popular place, however one walked our as it felt over crowded with people ordering takeaway then eating inside and avoiding recording their presence.

Had their driver run in to me while I was parked. Told him about it but he denied he hit me and became confrontational. I contacted the business which seemed not too fussed and said they'd let someone know. I called back and was referred to a higher up that said in an email that the driver had told them about the incident and it had been put through to their operations manager. I then sent HIM a few emails with my phone number but they have rejected every attempt I have made at communication for months.

Would not trust them at all

Have not tried the service but a worker in one of these utes made a rude gesture at my sister and I when we were crossing the street in the CBD because he could not wait 5 more seconds for us to make it safely across. If this is how workers behave on the road I cannot imagine how they perform in the workplace. Disgusting for a man (or any reasonable person) his age.
