Always prompt, very efficient service. Have ordered many times from Crazy parts and have always had an excellent experience. This time they threw in a couple of iPhone cases for free, a very nice welcome touch. Thanks Crazy Parts - very well recommended!

Bought some parts for iPhone 6s to fix 2 broken phones. The parts arrived quickly and unfortunately one of the screens had a faulty touchID ribbon cable. Called and informed the customer service and they were very helpful in starting the RMA process to return the item back to them. Received a brand new replacement screen for the faulty one and works great. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and their customer service were very helpful throughout the process. Will definitely use them again. Awesome prices too.

I had some issues with this business and I was upset with their service. But, business owner, Sunny tried to resolve our issues. He understands what problems and he offered good solution.

I first ordered the wrong model iPhone parts by error, but Crazy Parts were very cooperative in refunding on that model and exchanging to the correct model. I'll deal with them again when I next need any iphone parts for my repairing store.
