Was lucky enough to get in to have my Nissan Pulsar air conditioning re-gased. It is a hard commodity to find these days for genuine friendly exceptional customer service. Thank you Caitlin for your friendly smile upon arrival at service centre. Thank you to Brad for your concise explanation of the schematics of my air-conditioning and for going above and beyond for service. My Nissan is nice e cold now. Definitely recommend Avon Valley Toyota dealership for their high quality workmanship and service. 😀

I get my Toyota Prado work vehicle serviced at Avon Valley Toyota and am very pleased with the outcome each time - courteous and capable staff at Service desk - and the vehicle is always ready for collection at nominated time after service completed. The business is also a great annual supporter of the local bowls club I am involved with at Tammin and is appreciated by all there to keep a small sporting club active in the community.

This is a belated review for the really wonderful service that we got from Avon Valley Toyota back at the end of September. Leonie, Ken and the gang were fantastic to deal with and well worth the trip to Northam to get our car. They so didn't feel like a "car yard" sales team that it took us by surprise as did the great price of the car. Thanks for your patience, authenticity, humour and staying back after hours so that we could complete the deal on the same day. You all were a pleasure to deal with, thank you.

Fantastic response when we had fuel problems today.
Diesel engine missing and then high revs so rang Brad at Avon Valley Toyota.
Told us to bring it over and they would try to fit us in.
Other mechanic in town snowed under and told us everyone would be but the dealer may be able to help.
Brad got the team to check as soon as we got there.
The car had settled down. They checked fuel filter, water in tank and drained some fuel just to be sure.
Reported that all was in good order which was a relief.
Able to drive on with confidence. Thanks to the whole team, much appreciated.
